$10.95 all you can eat fish (haddock), not bad for a friday fish fry. Bartenders were great with local live music. The place gets busy so be prepared to wait a bit.

Known for Friday night fish fry's. Don't think quality was as good as it was years ago and service was much worse. Waitress was very nice but real slow and place wasn't that crowded.

We just had a great fish fry. Multiple sides and all you care to eat. Very reasonable price. Check it out next time you're in the area.

always my favorite stop in Rhinelander, great fish fry on Fridays and chicken dinner on Sundays, great to be entertained by a guy singing and playing piano and does requests, customers will engage in conversation (that's the reason you go out) and place is very friendly.Good value on food very reasonably priced, with fast friendly service. We always go back when using our cabin... More

Steaks were all done wrong, no taste , poor cuts of meat. Took a long time to get food and then it had to be sent back.

We eat here on a regular basis and always start with drinks at the bar. The service is good and the food and drinks are tasty. They have a good Friday night fish fry that is served family style with cole slaw, potato pancakes, french fries, pasta salad and bread. The building is an old log building with a couple... More

They do tend to sit you at the bar even when there are tables open?? But they do have great food and reasonable prices. The friday fish and the sunday chicken are the best and they are family style.

We both had prime rib. It was ok, but nothing great. They could have both been warmer. We were looking for a nice quiet place to have a nice dinner. There were people all dressed up to those in dirty work clothes. Drinks were good. Service, like the food was so so.

This is really a great Northern Wisconsin "Supper Club" dining experience. The menu has many great options to pick from. Our party of four all chose different entrees and they all were very good. The interior is "Classic" Northern Wisconsin "Supper Club".

The Comfort Inn front desk staff recommended that we go to Al Gen for dinner. Great place, I loved the cabin atmosphere and decor! The wait staff was very good and friendly! I had the shrimp scampi special for the night, and it was very good. I would recommend that you eat there if in the area.
