Best root beer period.

If you are in oshkosh, this is a must stop. The root beer is home made, and is the best anywhere. Food is decent, i like the chicago dogs. Great atmosphere right next to lake winnebago. Girls on rollerskates unless its icy in early spring or late fall. Cool, very cool.

It's cool seeing the car hops (waitresses on roller skates), but like many drive-ins the food is quite average. We do like their root beer and root beer floats. I think it's a good place for dessert- eat your meal some place else.

Love the 50's-60's atmosphere - you will often find collector cars (and their owners) there - great root beer floats or black cows - but the food is a little too pricey, and not all that great for what you pay. It's worth it to at least visit when you're in Oshkosh.

Roller skating waitresses who serve you in your car! Brings back a few memories of days gone by. Owned by Ardy and Steve Davis, a great couple who know what great service and food means. It's an Oshkosh institution!

We visited this place on a recommendation from a friend. Definitely a retro feel back to the 60's drive in days. Kind of fun, but the food was cheap and quality matched. I wouldn't get much more than ice cream if I went there again, but then again you do have to remember it's a drive-in - the quality is... More

We go to Ardy & Ed's frequently in the summer. It's especially fun when they have the old car cruise-ins. The servers on roller skates bring my wife and me back to the '60's!! Their BBQ beef sandwich is really good, root beer excellent, and their people are always friendly.

this is a must stop if you are traveling through Oshkosh in the summer. With the girls on roller skates and Lake Winnebago across the street you can't find a neater place to take the kids. 60's music in the lot and a nice area for sitting if you don't want to be in the car.

This establishment is nothing spectacular. There are at least two other locations featuring teenage girls on roller skates in Oshkosh. Cheap and simple menu, ice cream is something you would buy at the grocery store. I guess if you like want to experience the old way of Drive In's, I guess thi would be the place to do it

An old time drive in where the "girls" come to your car on roller skates to take your order. The food is typical burger and fries fare (good onion rings) and 50s music plays on the speakers. Parking is tight as the lot is small, but in good weather you might prefer to sit at the picnic tables. It isn't... More

Food was meh and pricey for what it is. Stick to ice cream and root beer. Service is great and a main part of the appeal.
