A perfect place for Father's Day

This was our first trip to Manny's but I don't think it will be our last. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Margaritas taste home made and the food is made with fresh ingredients. This does NOT taste like the food from Mexican chain restaurants. The price was on with the quality of the... read more

I met a friend in the area and he suggested we have lunch at Manny's. I'm very glad he did as the food was excellent and the portions were generous. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient.

I haven't eaten here for 2 years. It was like being at a different restrauant!!! It took an hour to get the food. Everything including the chips tasted like they had sugar on it. The jumbo margarita was watery not very good. The quality of the food has gone down. Really disappointed and probably won't stop there agsin

I have eaten here maybe 10 times and come for happy hour maybe another 10 times over the past 5 years. The service and atmosphere are great.. so great that I keep coming back. I love sitting outside during the summer, even though the view is just of the parking lot and an adjacent strip mall. My husband really likes... More

I love this place, but just a few days ago my sister and her family had a horrible experience. They order the chicken fajitas without reading the whole description of the dish.....it ended up it was not just chicken and steak but a LOT of disgusting chorizo (Mexican sausage) and LOTS of onions and green peppers. She was not happy... More

The food was average to good. Our server was attentive and apologetic about the restaurants quite ridiculous "Chips and Salsa Policy." If you aren't ordering an entree, you don't get them. Period. Even if your appetizer is twice the price of an entree...you still don't get them. Apparently, even if you're doing heavy drinking, you still won't get them unless... More

I seriously love Manny's. I've lived in La Crosse my whole life and this has always been one of my favorites. It's a pricier Mexican restaurant so is usually a place to go on birthdays or special occasions, but seriously YUM. Most recently I went here two days before my 21st birthday to celebrate with my Dad, then again a... More

I would give this excellent, but I reserve that for the stellar. This was easily very good. Tonight was our first visit for at least 6 years. We had two kids and just don't go out as often. It's definitely the highest-end Mexican food around. The service is great. The menu emphasizes seafood, which I like, but there's something good... More

Having moved from Phoenix, we were having serious Mexican withdrawal in the La Crosse area. We were referred to Manny's for authentic Mexican food and haven't been disappointed. While you will find traditional Mexican fare, such as enchiladas, fajitas and burritos, they have a nice selection of seafood dishes. I had the Quesidalla Cancun from the starter menu as my... More

We thought the food was very good at Manny's - we got seafood - which sometimes is just smothered in sauce at a Mexican restaurant, but not at Manny's. My salmon was cooked perfectly and my wife's swordfish was excellent. Margaritas were very good too. Service, however, was very, very slow. Seemed like they were understaffed. We were there for...
