This place is about nostalgia, custard and summer fun. The turtle sundae and butterscotch laddie are our favorites. Bring your date and drive in. If you bring your dog, they will get a "puppy sundae" as well.

I like the BBQ beef sandwich, and the burgers really aren't so great. It is an old 50's drive-in with car hops that do a great job. The ice cream (custard) is great, as are the shakes and malts! Place your order and your tray hangs on your window. Memories!

This landmark is a fun trip in the summer. Pull up in your car and wait for the car hop to come take your order. They place your order on a tray attached to your window. The menu ranges from frozen custard, shakes, and sundaes to fries & burgers!

It was a lot of fun to share the old-time drive in experience with my son. The food was fair, the burger was ness than spectacular, but we all agreed the fries were excellent. The chocolate malt we shared was good, though nothing amazing. But the price for the food was low and the kitch value was high, so we'd... More

This vintage, throw back style Drive In overlooks the highway. The menu has no vegetarian main course options, I ate cheddar (melted velveeta-type) fries and a thick shake. They were both good enough, but very much junk food, even if the word yogurt is included. There was not a salad within a mile of this place. The wait staff were... More

I like their burgers, fries and shakes. I like the scottish theme and the ability to order from your car. Very cool and fun to reminisce.

This is a fun place to go w/ a varied menu & wonderful malts. It's like being in the 50's w/ cute carhops & great food.

Its a real old-fashioned drive-in. This is the place all the cheerleaders worked when he was a kid in the 60s. The highway was rerouted but the drive-in is still there. We make it there at least once every summer.

The Kiltie is a fixture for Oconomowoc, I've gone there since I was a kid. The nostalgia of the 50's type drive in is still cool - especially when they have their classic car night. The food is OK but really pretty expensive. The frozen custard is still the standard by which all others are compared, but it too has... More

You can't find frozen custard like this anywhere else. Every year I visit, I have to have a Kiltie sundae with salted pecans, chocolate and caramel topping, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Just pull up under the canopy and your server comes to the car, takes your order and returns with a laden tray that hooks to the... More
