Great food and beer in historic building

My husband and I enjoyed lunch here on a cold day in December. Along with the fine draft beer, I had the pasty, a local specialty, and some wonderful homemade pie. A fireplace made this historic space very cozy. Ample parking. A one-of-a-kind place in a charming small town.

On our bucket list to visit smaller breweries in southern Wisconsin/Iowa area. Visited Brewery Creek on 1/2 for lunch and a few beers. Food was great. Japaleno cheese balls with raspberry sauce appetizer was great. Sandwiches were good and had dark chocolate pie with coconut crust which was fantastic. Fun little quaint stop in old limestone building. Lots of older... More

Small and cozy, but even though it was full it didn't feel "crowded". Interesting beer selection, first rate waitress! The coffee crusted steak was perfectly marbled, and perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tender. Worth checking out!

My wife and I were in town to visit Mineral Point during their Christmas Gallery Night and, after checking into our hotel, our first stop was for a beer at the Brewery Creek Inn. We each had a craft beer and then after checking their menu, we decided to have a cheese plate as an appetizer. The plate was just... More

Had a Brewer Walnut (veggie burger). Very nice. Side of corn soufflé also very nice. The dinning room is perfect old world style. Staff was very friendly.

We were delighted to discover this lovely restaurant in such a beautifully kept original old stone building in Mineral Point, it was recommended to us by someone who suggested it as a destination on a beautiful autumn day. The interior is warm and inviting, with a lovely wooden antique bar. Our lunch was absolutely delicious! The menu included many interesting... More

The menu had a surprising number of vegetarian options. The potato leek soup was good. The beer cheese, however, was very heavy on the beer flavor. The atmosphere was very friendly and laid back.

Wish we could dine here feeling more welcome, but they have turned us away two times at "closing time" after immediately seating other parties.

This is a restaurant with rooms above and they have cottages too. We stayed in one of their charming very clean little cottages. The frig is stocked with assorted drinks. They have it set up like its home away from home. It is decorated in cool antiques. They give you a basket for breakfast filled with scones, bread and fruit.... More
