Great local bakery. Cheesecake is the best in the world. Even has rave reviews from Julia Child. Great for wedding cakes and special occassions. more

We ordered our wedding cake from Simma's and loved it--the cake was spectacular, everyone complimented its taste and appearance, and they were really great to work with. We bought a cake from Simma's for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception. Not only was this cake gorgeous, we received so many positive comments about the fresh strawberries with buttercream frosting between layers of "sponge cake". Very unique and delightful taste.
