A special for our last stop here was pollo en crema de guajillo. The chicken breast was stuffed with ham, turkey, Chihuahua cheese, and spinach. It was drizzled with the rich cream that pooled in the bottom of the large plate. To one side was a salad of dark greens moist with vinaigrette, to the other a scoop of Xel... More

Wonderful moles! BEST flan I've had anywhere in Milwaukee. If you want an upscale Mexican restaurant, then come here. Great service. Great date night with the honey!

I've been here twice, the first time I had a mole and it was very good and good mole is hard to find in MKE. The second trip I had pork tacos which were nothing special but they think they're so great that they wanted $10 for them, my wife had steak tostadas and again nothing special. May go back... More

The atmosphere is quaint, artsy, and casual. The food was excellent, but not an American version of Mexican food - it's the real deal, which can be a little surprising if that's not what you were expecting. Great experience!

My husband loves a good mole, which can be hard to find. We were going to Milwaukee for the weekend and a friend recommended Riviera Maya, known for their mole. To start I ordered a margarita and we ordered the mole sampler as an appetizer, thinking it would be a good way to taste the sauces before ordering our entrees.... More

Went here on a Friday night with my girlfriend. Didn't have to wait and got a nice table that was near to the guitarist who played a bit later. The place was decorated for the holidays and so festive! Waitress was funny and gave a good recommendation for a coconut margarita which was really delicious. Food was terrific and ambiance... More

We went there on a Friday night at around 8 pm. The restaurant was not very busy at all; there were still lots of empty tables as we could see, but the receptionist was slow. I totally understood that they might still need to clean and set the tables so waiting is not a big deal for us. There were... More

This was a wonderful dining experience. The food was wonderful, fresh, and different than I'd had before. It is not mexican food as most are used to it, but very traditional. Wonderful

Chose this spot for a dinner with my husband after a long travel day based on Trip Adivsor reviews. It was awesome! We had the freshest, best tasting Mexican Food I've ever had outside of Mexico. Pumpkin mole sauce was a favourite along with the mango mojitos! Bravo!

We went for Father's Day brunch with my son and his family. To be honest, I really wasn't expecting it to be this good, but the men in the family really like Mexican food, and it WAS Father's Day, after all. I was first impressed by the very attractive décor--definitely a cut above the serapes and beer ads we often... More
