When we first saw that there was an applebees right near our hotel, we were excited. We walked in and it was really empty, which should have been a warning, but we didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. It took a little bit to be seated, but I wasn't too bothered by that. As we were walking to... More

Applebee's is Applebee's. Generally no surprises with the menu. This one has a very convenient downtown location and, when I was there at least, did a brisk take out service. I'm guessing that this is a function of proximity to many downtown hotels. That's why I was there and I got what I wanted from take out: It was ready... More

Came in for lunch around noon and there was about 5 people in the restaurant. I asked for a sprite or Sierra mist and I was advised by the waitress who was training that they did not have sprite "today." So I ordered a unsweetened tea instead. Moving along... My friend and I ordered from the 2 for $20 menu.... More

Would not recommend this place for food, although it is in a prime location it lacks direction, waitresses with attention to the customer, and the food tasted precooked. not worth it

I wish we like this Applebee's, but the confused and disorganized service was annoying. Given the location, this place should be a gold mine, but it seems to be poorly managed. The music was unnecessarily loud. Even though we would spend half of what we spend at Mo's down the street, we'll not be back.

The young lady who waited on us was prompt and courteous. The appetizer sampler plate was enormous. I had 2 margaritas and they were delicious.

Good food, good service, friendly servers, an overall great dining experience, within walking distance of the downtown Milwaukee district.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT! SERIOUSLY!!! After our food arrived at the restaurant, they turned the music incredibly high! It was so loud I literally couldn't think or enjoy my food. I felt like I couldn't even taste it anymore. Not only was that obnoxious, but when I asked our server Josh to... More

After an enjoyable day in Milwaukee, we stopped in for a late-night bite (around 11:30). The music was entirely too loud (even the gentleman who seated us agreed and joked that he would probably need to apply for workman's comp because of hearing loss). We asked the manager to turn it down and he said that he couldn't because "management"... More
