Was at the Milwaukee Rep for a workshop. Freezing cold, didn't want to walk anywhere so chose to go across the street to this restaurant for lunch. The warnings from locals were unfounded. Had Kung pao chicken. Only complaint - spicy has anew level of meaning. It was hoy - but delicious. Quick service. Attentive server. For most servers -... More

The service was good - perhaps it was the chicken dish I ordered - but the food was bland. I ordered later in the evening after arriving back to my hotel after a late meeting. I was happy for the service. However, the prices are high and I expected a better tasting dish! Oh well - at least they delivered... More

Been here a couple of times and both times food was horrible. Not very hot and didn't seem authentic. Others who ate here with me felt the same way. Save your money eat elsewhere.

Oh my god. Get the stuff from a can. Get ramen noodles. Get something else. Or go here and eat paste.

During buffet hours, you're give 2 forks. If you leave your fork on the plate when the bus-person takes your plate away, fork goes too. Now you're left with one fork. Once that fork gets taken, that's it, you're done eating because they will not give you another fork!

Wife and I went early on a Monday night. Waited on by owner who did fabulous job with service. Highly recommended: hot/sour soup, vegetarian chicken app (you will not believe it's tofu) tomato fried rice w/ shrimp, mixed seafood in hot bean sauce and maple custard for dessert. Tea beer & wine.....total for two $56 I would eat here weekly... More

Second best Mai Tai I've had in Milwaukee. Oddly, the best I find in the lounge at the tiny Alchemist Theatre. Food is always fresh. Buffet remains well stocked all the way until lunch ends. Staff is alert without being hovery. And if you ask, they'll let you sit out back where you get a view of the famous Bronze... More

Stopped here last minute before a show at the Pabst. The host was an older Chinese man & he was friendly and funny. He worked hard and took time to show my kid how to use chopsticks. The hot and sour soup was excellent. The sweet and sour chicken was flavorful with a light, airy, crispy coating. The buffet was... More

This is supposed to be a buffet, but many of the serving trays were empty at 12:30 at lunch. The food itself was a pasty and greasy. It was a disappointment. I work nearby but will not visit again.

We were attending a play and stopped in here for a quick preperformance dinner. The restaurant is very large and not very attractive to me. Too cavernous to call inviting. Our waitress was very sweet and altho new, knew the dishes. Our food was average at best. Nothing that would draw us back another time. Sesame chicken which was served... More
