Summerfest officials have rescheduled the Big Bang Fireworks Show for Thursday, June 26th at 9:30 p.m. This is due to expected dense fog. The Edelweiss BIG BANG cruise however, will not reschedule, either will they refund your $50 per ticked price. So you can either just forfeit the price of all the tickets you purchased or take a boat ride... More

Absolutely awful costumer service! We were told to be there at 5:30 and when we showed up at 5:31 with a bachelorette party of about 20, the boat was already way down the river.

We held our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception on the Lakeside Spirit on Friday, June 6th. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The Special Events Coordinator made sure our every wish was satisfied. The boat was clean, the staff attentive, the food terrific and the whole experience was fun and relaxing. We were able to have the... More

The tours guide and cruise was wonderful but the food was awful. The mashed potatoes were like liquid ooze; Coke had no fizz and was mostly water; rolls looked warmed over from former cruises.

My son broke his leg in hockey & we had to change our Colordao SKIING vacation to Milwaukee! We ended up having a GREAT time, stayed at the Pfister Hotel, seeing a Milwaukee Brewers game, and ended up on an Edelweiss Cruise on the Milwaukee River & Lake Michigan. It was a very nice trip - GREAT views of the... More

A few months back my cousin had her finances birthday party. The night was ok up until we got our desert which they mistakenly put salad dressing on our dessert and some of the waiters were saying that's how it is and others were saying it was a mistake. My fiancé gave me a flower from the table and as... More

Took a Margarita and taco cruise on a Saturday night as part of a girls weekend in downtown Milwaukee. 45 minutes into a one and a half hour cruise, they run out of taco meat and shells. For $28 each, 3 of the 6 of us got NO FOOD at all. The other three got only one taco, and one... More

This cruise cost $50.00 per person. For that price we got mediocre food (chicken, pasta, small chef salad, and a small piece of tiramisu). No narration or music was provided, and in September it was past dusk so you could see the city lights but nothing else. It was 2 hours long and just went out in the harbor. An... More

We got to take the boat tour as part of a thank you from my husband' s work. We were served appetizers and it was all good. We were not sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. it was very relaxing and was fun to see the Milwaukee skyline from the lake. Very delightful.

We took the classic dinner cruise on a Thursday evening and enjoyed it immensely. The weather was perfect and we were with a beautiful young grandaughter. Our waiter was very hospitable, the food was good, and in every way we felt we were in a major American city. It is hard to get these Milwaukee big city views and skylines... More
