I live in Minnesota and everytime i visist Milwaukee, shah jee's it is! I infact take a to-go for dinner too! It is very tasty and you can feel the homeliness in the food and your tummy thanks you for treating it well. However, this time i had a funny experience. This is a Pakistani take-away place open for lunch in the basement of an office building. There is seating in the basement courtyard. The food and service are excellent. The courtyard lacks atmosphere, but for a lunch takeaway place one should not expect more.

So the Shah must be doing something right. I won't pretend to know what authentic Pakistani food tastes like, but this... More

Located in the basement of a downtown office building this authentic indian restaurant serves up awesome food. The atmosphere is what you would expect in the basement food court of an office building. The food was wonderful. The daily special is rice and two entrees and a drink for $7. The spices were just right. Add roti for $1 more.... More
