Delicious tater tots! The best ever! And if you go downstairs, you can sit outside along the river without waiting to be seated at a table! Just go downstairs and find an open spot. Delicious food and great outdoor space.

I recently enjoyed a meal here but I have to say the kitchen management needs to buck up. The waiting staff were doing their job around the tables etc. Our French fries came out cold and we told the waitress who then fixed the problem by taking only a few minutes to come out with some piping hot French fries.... We stopped here because we had to kill some time in between tours. We wanted to stop somewhere that my fiance could have some of the great Milwaukee micros. We sat outside. The inside of this place is beautiful. The outside has a view of part of the river. I was a little disappointed in my burger, but i have... More

Trendy restaurant overlooking the river with great outdoor patio seating. The beer selection was awesome and they offer flights. This is a real burger place. We had excellent burgers and service. I highly recommend a visit her for lunch or just to have drinks and appetizers.

My husband and I flew into Milwaukee and immediately drove down to the Third Ward for a drink and lunch. I ordered the Salmon Salad and was very impressed with the quality of the food. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because we had a very loud group of young college age girls next to us... More

This is a traditional yet large ale house with an excellent variety of beers. We were at the Ale House with friends during the 110th Harley Davidson anniversary and had been here many times before. During such a large event with so many customers, one would think that the quality might suffer but not the Ale House! The food was... More

Five of us stopped in on a lovely Sunday afternoon and were able to sit outside on the water, making for high grades in the atmosphere category. Beer options were plentiful, but they were out of many. What we ended up with were good beers, nonetheless. Food was just OK - we had wings only, as we were saving room... More

We stopped by here twice on our recent visit. The first time was on a tour and we went back again for dinner on the outdoor porch. The sandwiches and nachos were really good along with their selection of craft beer. We also bought a 12 pack of their beer to take with us.
