Always Tasty

Had excellent service and delicious food this evening at Casablanca. The lamb roast and rice was flavorful, as was the rice. The smell of hookah smoke was a bit irritating, but it did smell like maple syrup and fruit. Not the best place to bring kids, as mine complained about the smoke and menu... read more

I met friends here for a quick lunch and we did the vegetarian lunch buffet so we could all eat at the same time. The cold salads and hummus were all very good, the baba ghanoush was not my favorite preparation. The falafels were delicious. Of the hot entrees, there was a nice curried carrot dish. They had 2 soup... More

I had tried many Mediterranean restaurants but most of the time facing problem to get vegetarian options. But vegetarian lunch buffet is outstanding. i love lentil soup, Falafal and hummus specially. They have many type of salads and side dishes. Must must try once. You can go on Friday if you like to enjoy belly dancing and hookah. Pretty decent... More

I really enjoy coming here with my sister. The food is always fresh and high quality. I especially love the baked vegetables and hummus! The falafel is usually very good too. If you come to Casablanca, try the rose water lemonade. It is very good.

What makes this place great: Age and culture wise, it is one of the most diverse places in Milwaukee. You can hookah out of a pineapple. Yes, a pineapple. There's never any rushing to turn tables - we relax there for hours. The vegetarian buffet could make a meat eater forget about meat. Stuffed falafel - obvs amazing! 1/2 off... More

My first fully vegetarian meal. I enjoyed many dishes I have never tried before. I cannot possibly name them all but the vegetable stew was satisfying and filling. Salads, fruits and hot dishes at a very fair price. Parking kept me from giving the restaurant a 5. However, this is a GREAT Experience even for a carnivore.

We've been to Casablanca twice and have so far been impressed. The menu, while not extensive, offers all the standard middle eastern fare plus a few others. The food is high quality and fresh, and is prepared rapidly. So far, I've had the baked lamb and the lamb steak, which I could recommend both. Service is also attentive but not... More

I don't smoke hookah, but will go with friends who do. We went for the food, which was surprisingly very good. Portion sizes were large, almost too much. Were there when they had the belly dancers which was fun. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Went there this afternoon with a Birthday party of 8, including 2 children. We all ate off the buffet except one adult who eats nothing in restaurants but hamburgers. Between us I believe we ate at least one of every buffet offering and found them all to be delicious and different as none of us regularly eats middle eastern cuisine.... More

Lunch buffet is vegetarian except on Sundays when it includes chicken, fish, and lamb. Tasty hummus and falafel. Only downside (true on two separate visits) was that the pitas were impossible to open. So I could not put the falafel and toppings into what should have been "pocket-bread." Wonderful waitress; friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
