fantastic

This place is quite expensive but it is well worth it. Service is great food is just plain fantastic. Part of the Bartolotta Group this is one of their highend restaurants. Well worth the price and plus a nice view of Lake Michigan.

We decided to have lunch so we could enjoy the view of the lake; Stunning! It was a bitter day outside but the sun was shinning which gave the dinning room a lovely rosy glow. Oh and the food was wonderful. Fresh with a French twist. Every course was tasty and not too big. We hope to enjoy this restaurant... More

Went here for a Valentine's Day luncheon for the first time. Setting facing Lake Michigan even in the Winter time was great. Very light and airy feeling to this Bartollota Restaurant. Service was very friendly and attentive. Risqué wine paired with medallions of beef and authentic French Brioche was great with a serving of green beans. Portions are on the... More

I was very leery of another Bartolotta restaurant after my bad experience at Mr B's, but boy was I wrong. I'm not a huge french food fan, but this may have changed that. They handled our group of 8 with no problem. Great food, great recommendations, and great service. The place itself was beautiful inside, and I imagine when there's... More

This is a high class operation. The good is great but the view is killer! I think it is better for lunch rather than dinner because of lake view and the cost is less. The soup is usually wonderful. The bread is addictive. Wonderful, high quality service.

Reservations: Made online through Open Table Seating: Seated immediately, at a window table, for our 1:30 reservation Ambience: Gorgeous view of Lake Michigan; interesting, bright, bistro-like decor. Service: Greg was our server and he did a wonderful job: warm and attentive. Food: Delicious. The French Onion Soup, so frequently a mess at other places, was delicious. We also had salad... More

Restaurant very clean and nice. In a great location. I would have liked to been there during daylight hours. Service was great. Our food was awesome. Six on us had the bone in ribeye, and two had the duck. Not disappointed with either. My steak was done perfectly with exceptional flavor. Only complaint was that is was $45. Simply a... More

Visited weekday for lunch with guest, dining room mostly empty. Service just ok, food disappointing, Lake Michigan beautiful as always. Chose not to complain at time as was business luncheon. My veal "scallop" was like hockey puck and tasted precooked; guest later admitted chicken "special" was dry and overcooked. Plating was sloppy and unattractive. Did not appear that food was... More

Not a fan of the all you can eat brunches - eat way too much and by the time you are seated the food is cold. This is a very relaxing, truly wonderful way to brunch!!! Mimosa or champagne to start and then choose from the great starters, entree's and then to top it off dessert. Took granddaughter and fiancé... More
