Description: Highly acclaimed local restaurateur Joe Bartolotta is the visionary behind this amazing Parisian-style bistro tucked away on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in beautiful Fredrick Law Olmstead designed Lake Park. James Beard’s 2007 Best Chef Mid-West Adam Siegel’s cuisine ranges from traditional French (êntrecote de bœuf, soupe a l’oignon), modern twists (œuf mollet, canard ‘deux façon’) and the ever changing “Menu du Chef.” The location, view, stellar food, and honest Midwestern hospitality combine to create an unforgettable meal worthy of a trip to Milwaukee’s East Side. We invite you to join us for lunch, dinner, special events, and Sunday brunch.

Their brunch set-up is not your usual smorgasbord. Rather, you choose which items you want from the menu, which is brought to you after completing any given selection. Personally, I prefer this style, although I realize many enjoy the smorgasbord set-up. As with any Bartolotta restaurant, the food is exceptional and the service is unsurpassed.

The dover sole is my favorite, but $52, wow, could really only afford a salad and one glass of wine with that entree.

I went with a group of about 30 for a corporate function. We were seated in a separate room with a nice view. Set menu was good and service excellent. 4-5 star

Lake Park Bistro is an elegant restaurant located within Lake Park. The food is always excellent, and the charming east dining room has wonderful views of Lake Michigan. The Sunday brunch is a special favorite of mine.

The place was very nice, with a great view of the lake Michigan. We were lucky with the location, because there are some table far from the view. It was crowd, but the service was very good, the food amazing. Highly recommended.

This historic uninsulated pavillion could use some heat on a cool Wisconsin spring evening. We asked our waitress if they could turn on the heat and they did -for about a minute. So we asked to be moved to a table away from the drafty window. The late Dennis Getto wrote well of this place in 2007 and it is... More

This is a beautiful restaurant. A great place for drinks or a date. I was there on a business lunch. The lunch items were nice, a bit on the pricy side. Everything was very good including the service. I'll be back, with my wife.

The view is lovely. The food and menu is not unique or interesting and is the prices are quite expensive. Milwaukee has many other better restaurants to visit.

If you are talking about the best restaurants in Milwaukee, that conversation has to include Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro. From dresses and suits, to classy casual, they cater to anyone who loves great food. The ambience is very comfortable with an old school charm that matches the smells of the delicious fare cooking in the kitchen. The bar menu is... More

Every time I go to Lake Park, the service is perfect, and the food is excellent. This used to be a "special occasion" place, but it is now in our rotation for restaurants my husband and I like to frequent. The mussels and frites at lunch time are to die for, and my new favorite steak in Milwaukee is the... More
