This is hands down the best breakfast in town. It is a fun, retro diner vibe (without being over the top). Service is always fun and friendly. Sitting at the bar is a treat. Only downside is a longggggg wait on weekends.

The food is very good, and interesting, however the long waits are not fun. Don't go on a weekend unless you want to wait a long time, we tried a Sunday and finally gave up The restaurant is a bit crowded.

These portions are huge! I think it might be a Milwaukee thing. The monkey bread is as great as they say. The takeout portion of it was smaller than the eat-in portion. That was a little disappointing because I really wanted more later in the day. The best time to go is definitely Monday morning. We didn't have a wait!... More

One of my favorite places to brunch! Always interesting flavor combinations...savory deliciousness. Highly recommend any of the specialty hash browns. Portions are big, so I always have leftovers :)

Great breakfast place. Outstanding omelettes creative has browns and perfect pancakes! No reservations accepted, but worth the wait while sipping Collectivo coffee and studying the extensive menu, specials and plates being delivered from the kitchen.

People in Milwaukee like to go out for breakfast...weekends especially. If you don't believe it, ask around or do a bit of research, find some restaurant names, then check them out on a Saturday or Sunday morning...you'll see. Greater Milwaukee has more than a few decent places to go, but Blues' Egg in Wauwatosa is my personal favorite! Getting there... More

Great staff, wonderful coffee, wonderful egg dishes and the MOST delicious hash browns ever. Doesn't matter if you order fried eggs, eggs Benedict or one of their wonderful omelets, french toast, pancakes, etc.

They start you off with grapes and ice cold water. The Basics Breakfast consist of two eggs anyway you like. Pulled ham which is outstanding and a huge 5 by 5 hash brown square which I out of this world good, And top it off with three types of toast. Simply the best breakfast.
