An enormous, enormous menu. My girlfriend was excited about coming to Blue's Egg since she's a brunch fiend. I generally don't care about brunch and Blue's Egg didn't really convert me. The place looks like your standard diner atmosphere. Random rooster decorations in the windows? Check. Statue of Liberty replica? Check. I nearly got diabetes from the roast pumpkin stuffed... More

We were in Milwaukee for a wedding and based on the reviews on this site, we drove to Wauwatosa to try Blue's Egg. We arrived at 9 am on a Thursday and we were seated immediately. The server explained the specials and answered our questions. Based on reviews, I chose the Dubliner. A version of Eggs Benedict. It was alright... More

Here for work and weekend and turn to TA for something different for breakfast on a Sunday morning. This place was amazing and though we thought we had beaten "the church crowd" since we are not locals that obviously was not the case. There were people inside and outside waiting for a seat. Friendly staff and would have love to... More

Short ride from downtown Milwaukee well worth it!!! There where people waiting when the 3 of us walked in, but it was a short wait. I had the Dubliner, wow the flavored were outstanding . It was a dark eye topped with shredded corned beef topped with the poached eggs and a great paprika sauce. My sister had the corned... More

This place was great. There was a bit of a wait but completely worth it. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I normally don't go out for breakfast. This place changed my mind.

I had read a review on this place on a local dining site and was able to finally go on a Friday morning at 9am. There was already a nice crowd there and people were waiting. There were two adults and 1 child in my group. We were seated within 5 minutes at a table that could fit 6. I... More

We stopped here after a Dr. Appointment. Both had the day off. If you are lucky to get a table, hold on with both hands! Amazing service, excellent coffee, napkins are bar towels! Breakfast is always unique. But the standards are there. When I want a special treat, or just feel like spoiling myself and my hubby, I'll go here!!

Love love love! Eggs so fresh, I saw a delivery of farm fresh eggs come in while I was there. The stuffed browns, the fresh jam for your toast, the bacon!! Oh yes, the bacon! Cherry wood smoked from a place near Madison, WI (buy local!). Excellent food and service. Yum.

You cannot make a bad decision with their menu. Every single thing I've ordered has been great and I've brought multiple people to this place and they have all enjoyed the experience too. So far my favorite item has been the Dubliner Benedict. Also, service is always friendly. You will often find a long wait to get a table, but... More

Blue's Egg does it right - all the time! It's a classy version of a diner - Milwaukee's breakfast gem! If it's after 8:30am on a weekend, be prepared for an hour wait, but trust me, it's worth it! Hint: If you have a party of 1 or 2 and there's room, belly up to the bar and they'll take... More
