My wife and I stopped in here after a night in Milwaukee. The menu has a lot of twists on breakfast classics. Stuffed Browns for instance. Shredded potatoes put on the griddle, covered with various things like ham and cheese and the folded over. I had the Hoppel Poppel - scrambled eggs, sausage, thick cut bacon, carmelised onions with spinach... More

After waiting 45 minutes for a table we finally got one. We waited additional two hours before we were finally done with our breakfast the waitress had lost her order she tried to make amends by giving us one small bowl of fruit to share between five people.

We were excited to go here after all the hype we heard about it. We expected a wait because of the popularity, and we were right. When you plan to go, be prepared to wait at least a half hour, which is really no problem. For all the hype I have heard about this place, the food was just average.... More

This place lives up to the hype in every way. Their menu is loaded with delicious, unique items, but it's their constantly rotating bevy of incredible specials that have me always coming back. From duck sausage biscuits and gravy to enormous chicken fried steaks, their specials have never let me down. And of course, their browns are as good as... More

I have had such amazing brunch's here... and I bring every visitor here first. The infused Bloody Mary's with thick sliced bacon and a beer chaser are pure heaven. They fresh squeeze their juices. The hopple popple is one of the best things to order on the menu (even though they took away a side dish with this menu choice... More

My husband and I love Blue's Egg. We have had much of the menu over the course of several visits. The Monday hangover special (discounted bloody mary with a beer) is killer if you are off of work on a Monday morning. The house made chicken chorizo is outstanding! It can be tough to get a table on a weekend... More

Slightly outside Milwaukee, but close to the freeway, this is a great place for breakfast/brunch. A Bloody Mary and beer chaser is a Mke necessity. The food is fantastic; perfectly poached eggs, amazing pulled ham and crispy hashbrowns. Be prepared for a wait, it's very popular.

Had a very nice Sunday breakfast after dropping someone off at the airport. I had the Hobble Pobble scramble and my husband had the pumpkin/caramel stuffed toast. We shared a side of stuffed hash browns. The food was very tasty and our server was friendly and accomodating. Their menu is more diverse than your average diner. The coffee was great.... More

Who doesn't love Blue's Egg!?!? Eaten here many times for brunch and always had a great experience. They have many daily specials in addition to the regular menu. They have gluten free options, take home bakery and an excellent Bloody Mary. Always busy, even during the week, so you may have to wait for a table but it's definitely worth... More
