There is almost always a wait for a table at Blue's Egg but the wait is definitely worth it. In my top 10 breakfast spots in the USA.

While in Milwaukee on a business trip we stopped by after reading the reviews. Yes we had to wait but it was worth it. The waitress served us promptly & took the time to answer our questions & we took her up on her recommendations & were not disappointed. The stuffed hash browns were excellent & the bread couldn't have... More

My husband and I went on a weekday morning for breakfast. Arrived shortly after opening and the place was already buzzing. Great coffee and a fantastic breakfast. Everything including the bread appears to be made from scratch including homemade jam. Service was fast and friendly, food was amazing.

The wait was over an hour but it was sooo worth it! The waitress could have had a little more personality but that was fine because I was not there for a social visit, I was there to EAT. The food was DEEELISH! I had an aged cheddar omelet wtith spinach and a side of thick cut bacon...my stomach was... More

One of my favorite restaurants to eat in Milwaukee, PERIOD! I try and get there sat least 2x a month. The stuffed browns are delicious. I am never disappointed. You always see the same friendly employees which is comforting. Keep up the good work Blue's ;)

We were warned about the wait, so we were prepared. 30 minutes on a saturday morning. Honestly, it could have been worse. The food and service were well worth the wait. I had the chicken chorizo omelet (around 12.00 with a side) and it was delicious! My girlfriend enjoyed the ham omelet as well. DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER HASH... More

Dined: 3 August 2014 Time: Noon Guests: 4 Server: Cory Total: $63.98 plus tip On many occasions, we have stopped by to try and get a seat. Alas, each time it was well over an hour wait. On this occasion, we decided to put our name in and run an errand. They took our mobile phone number and would text... More

I recently ate lunch at Blue's Egg in Milwaukee. I had very high expectations because of the fact that this restaurant is ranked #3 out of all the restaurants in Milwaukee and several friends and colleagues of mine have raved about this place. My high expectations were met and I was very satisfied! This is clearly a very busy, popular... More

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves the menu selections were refreshingly different and the service was phenomenal. We had a great sever, Peter. He walked us through the menu with his witty humor. The monkey bread is a must have with the side of creamy wine sauce.

As we planned to arrive in Milwaukee around noon on Saturday, looked on Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc. whenever I typed the best brunch in Milwaukee, the Blue's came on top. We did walk in and they were able to sit us down almost right away, although it was very busy. The host and the server both were very nice and professional,... More
