Ate here for the first time recently after hearing very good things about Blue's Egg. The service was OUTSTANDING! Our server was so pleasant and eager to serve us. She gave us a quick overview of the restaurant including their unique dishes they offer. She suggested trying the monkey bread which we did and it was outstanding! The hash browns... More

If it's 7:00 a.m on the weekend and you are looking for a great breakfast, the stop in here. Service is great and food fantastic. My favorite is the Dubliner. It's Eggs Benedict on another level. Melt in your mouth corned beef on rye toast points, sauteed leeks, poached eggs and topped with frisee and paprika aioli. It doesn't stop... More

This was the 2nd time at blue's egg. We had a very good meal and awesome service. Our server was Lashana...she was johnny-on-the-spot. Food was very good and very fresh. My friend and I will definitely be returning next year if not much sooner. Keep up the good work Lashana.!!

We had a wonderful breakfast with delicious Monkey bread. From the time we walked in until the time we left, every single staff member was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

As former reporters have noted, it's the service that impresses first at Blue's Egg. Pleasant is an understatement. The food in innovative and fresh. Check out the menu online so you are ready. Enjoy!

Best breakfast ever! If there's a need to wait, try a Bloody Mary--it's tremendous! Once in, try anything on the menu. Organic eggs are outstanding. Just thinking about it makes me determined to return there this week... Even the 40 minute drive doesn't matter. The staff too is so excited to see how pleased everyone is with the food--it must... OK, it's a breakfast joint (plus some lunch), so there are limits -- I mean, how much can you really do to an egg and a pancake? Whatever CAN be done, Blue's does. Then to top it off, it offers a huge mound of hashbrowns folded over ("stuffed") with things like off-the-bone carved ham and cheese. We arrived late on... More

My girlfriend found this place and we thought we would give it a try. We were very pleased. First, I loved the coffee. Second, we had very good service from the waitstaff. Third, the food was very good. Fourth, it was clean. We both had breakfast. I had a special that the waitress recommend and my GF had a sweet... More
