My friend and I went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Like all other reviews, beware, it is crowded and it is a wait so I would arrive earlier if coming for breakfast. We arrived around 9:10 and waited about 25 minutes. It was a beautiful day in September so they had most people waiting outside. I found it... More

Went for breakfast this morning and got there just after 7. We got right in and tables started filling fast. Everything was delicious and portions were huge...wish we weren't driving home 5 hours so we could have taken leftovers!

I have been here twice for breakfast, first time was ok, second was dreadful. Wait for a table is crazy and atmosphere is a crowded diner at best. We were stuck in a dark back room at a crowded table. My mother and I had blueberry pancakes with lemon crème anglaise. I wish I had ordered ham and eggs. My... More

There is almost always a wait for a table at Blue's Egg but the wait is definitely worth it. In my top 10 breakfast spots in the USA.

While in Milwaukee on a business trip we stopped by after reading the reviews. Yes we had to wait but it was worth it. The waitress served us promptly & took the time to answer our questions & we took her up on her recommendations & were not disappointed. The stuffed hash browns were excellent & the bread couldn't have... More

My husband and I went on a weekday morning for breakfast. Arrived shortly after opening and the place was already buzzing. Great coffee and a fantastic breakfast. Everything including the bread appears to be made from scratch including homemade jam. Service was fast and friendly, food was amazing.

The wait was over an hour but it was sooo worth it! The waitress could have had a little more personality but that was fine because I was not there for a social visit, I was there to EAT. The food was DEEELISH! I had an aged cheddar omelet wtith spinach and a side of thick cut bacon...my stomach was... More

One of my favorite restaurants to eat in Milwaukee, PERIOD! I try and get there sat least 2x a month. The stuffed browns are delicious. I am never disappointed. You always see the same friendly employees which is comforting. Keep up the good work Blue's ;)

We were warned about the wait, so we were prepared. 30 minutes on a saturday morning. Honestly, it could have been worse. The food and service were well worth the wait. I had the chicken chorizo omelet (around 12.00 with a side) and it was delicious! My girlfriend enjoyed the ham omelet as well. DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER HASH... More

Dined: 3 August 2014 Time: Noon Guests: 4 Server: Cory Total: $63.98 plus tip On many occasions, we have stopped by to try and get a seat. Alas, each time it was well over an hour wait. On this occasion, we decided to put our name in and run an errand. They took our mobile phone number and would text... More
