Vietnamese food at its BEST!

Hue is a real gem for Vietnamese food. Their Pho is delicious and authentic in its taste. I have tried some of their other dishes and they are also very good. You need to give this little Tosa gem a try. Don't wait too long

Dinner on a Sunday night and it was pretty busy - a good sign. We started with the mussels in garlic and white wine which were superb (overheard the table next to us tell the waitress to tell the chef they were the best they had ever had). we also had the combination plate apps (beef skewer, egg roll, spring... We've eaten here many times, and consistently get good food and great service. The restaurant is cozy, and the menu has enough variety to make it interesting. I would highly recommend the shaking beef! The noodle bowls are also very good. We usually eat at the bar, which is comfortable and where we always meet new people.

My sister and I recently lunched at Hue, which had amazing food and terrific service. Our server, Gillian, took our order almost immediately and also explained some of the menu items. We opted to share Pho and a wonderful Vietnamese kind of beef with lettuce and other vegetables. The meal was great, and the price was very inexpensive.

We visited Hue's new location in Wauwatosa and had a delicious meal. The sampler platter was excellent, as was my pho and my husband's fried rice. The broth in the pho was really memorable in a great way, and for whatever reason, the fried rice had more "depth" spice-wise than any other fried rice that I have tried. It was... More

Visted new Tosa Hue. Although it just opened, they are not new to Pho. The broth is tasty but that's where it stops. Was not hot enough, very small condiment plate, had to ask for another basil leaf and jalapenos which did not come with the first tray. Huge amount of noodles. Fresh spring rolls were sub par. All lettuce.... More

Came here to celebrate my birthday with family. There were 5 of us and they crammed us into a table meant for 4. The food was very bland and lacked flavor. We ordered crepes, 2 different buns and chicken with vegetables. We all thought these items were below average. The only thing we liked were the beef skewers and crab... More

If we lived here it would be a regular stop. Everything we tried was authentic and very good! Fresh spring rolls the best, Pho as good as it gets!

I will try and keep this simple, as in simply put Hue is (in my opinion) one of the top 3 places to eat in Milwaukee. Food is Fresh,, prepared to perfection, as long as you enjoy superior quality, and are able to eat "outside of your zone" and or love Vietnamese/Oriental cooking that is not your normal sweet &... I had the marinated grilled shrimp and noodles and a house-made egg roll as well as freshly brewed Jasmine tea. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is small and cozy. The service was excellent. We will return the next time we're in Milwaukee.
