Very casual, on the marina, good food

It's not fine dining, but it's good bar food. Service was good for us, although I see other folks have said the service was poor, so it probably just depends on your waitress...the restaurant was full when we were there, but wait time for food was minimal. Slider specials...$2/per on Wednesday... read more

Came here with a superior while in the area for business. Very good burger, very good service very good beer, very cool atmosphere. Boats come right in and dock right there, you can hang at the bar, sit at the table, and apparently they do volleyball tournaments and large events as well. Really enjoyed; put this on your list if... More

I have been here many times however at night. The day time shift are slightly different than the night shift. The place was not packed yet the waitress still set us at a place we asked to not be seated at. We asked to move which was a hassle for the waitress. We waited to be seated again. Once seated... Just arrived in town and recommend by our hotel. The menu was varied and we all had something different and all delicious. Great service and loved sitting by the river on a beautiful evening!

The whole place is pretty cool. Location, atmosphere, etc. The nachos were awesome. Our first vodka drinks were watered down. Beer was good, but warm. Will give it another shot when we come back to Milwaukee. Our server was very good.

Went for Friday Fish Fry. The good: Our entrees included the baked fish and chicken tenders. Cod was excellent, coleslaw (mayo based) was excellent, tots were excellent, chicken tenders were excellent (actual pieces of breaded chicken breast), waffle fries were excellent, lemonade (more homemade type) was excellent, tartar sauce was excellent, chunky applesauce was DELECTABLE! The bad (but not too... More

Met some friends on a Saturday afternoon. Sat on the patio, ate dinner and enjoyed some beer. I never went inside so not sure what that looks like, but the outside patio was very nice. Staff was friendly. Beers were good but they were out of a couple popular ones so I was a little disappointed, but the other beers... More

We've been to the Horny Goat for a business event and I was not impressed with the food, service or atmosphere. We went to the Food Truck gathering 7/12/15 and it was about 6 or so food trucks on a large gravel lot, a d.j. in the corner, a few resin tables (not nearly enough for the guests. We ate... More

On the Kinnickinnic River in Milwaukee, this bar and grill offered a great location for our after dinner drinks. We found the staff lacking however, so brought my review down. We could not get service and felt like we were a bother to the wait staff. It's a great bar with a large outdoor seating area. Sand volleyball courts were... More
