Description: Glorioso’s Italian Market is a family-owned business located on Brady...
Glorioso’s Italian Market is a family-owned business located on Brady Street since 1946. Purveyors of old-world Italian specialties in the heart of Milwaukee's East Side. Fresh, handmade sausages, mouthwatering deli creations and piping hot pizza are just a few of our specialties. Browse our aisles of cheese, wine and pasta. Linger over the amazing selection of olive oils, fresh and frozen pastas, and delicious bakery creations. With a vast array of olives, cheeses, wines, imported meats and delectable sandwiches, along with pastries, cookies, and gelato, Glorioso’s is the perfect stop for a great meal.Glorioso’s has been tantalizing the public’s taste buds with rare Mediterranean treats for over 6 decades. Upon stepping over the threshold, you can see that, four generations later, this is one store that has kept its old world charm. As you walk through the store, you will see family photos scattered throughout. If you stay long enough, you’re bound to run into Joe, Ted or Eddie, the founding brothers, ready to fill you in on the history behind each photograph: from pictures when they got out of the service in WWII, to the first truck they bought for the store, to the TV commercials that feature cameos of two more family members. But if the looks alone aren’t enough, just inhale deeply and you will catch the aroma of one of the many secret family recipes wafting from the back deli. It could be Nonno Felice’s sausage recipe, made fresh daily. Or it could be the house marinara sauce simmering on the stove. Or the Trio’s pizza baking to perfection in the oven.Glorioso’s won the award for Small Business of the Year in 2007, and has had numerous articles written about us in the Milwaukee Journal and the Shepherd Express. We won “Milwaukee’s Best Deli - 2011" from OnMilwaukee and our new store has received several awards for its innovative design. Bring the family over, we'd love to meet you!

Best Italian sausage in the city. Great selection of fresh homemade sauces. No better place to stock up on supplies for spaghetti sauce. Big selection of cheeses and olive oils, wines, pastas and spices. Nice bakery selection and wonderful deli.

I am 100% Sicilian American, and my mom was a great cook. We ate like royalty in my home so I grew up with the best ingredients. When I first came to Milwaukee from Chicago, I searched for a store that had the same ingredients I grew up with. Imagine my joy when I found Glorioso's featuring fabulous Italian sausage,... More

Short of flying to New York to get your delicious salami and provolone, Glorioso's is the most amazing Italian deli!! Don't miss their premade meals either, or the grocery store stocked with all you favorites ingredients. Every trip there is a treat.

This is not just a grocery store. They have an outstanding wine department and a deli to die for. We love their meatless marinara sauce to use with lasagna and spaghetti at home. Their homemade Italian sausage is absolutely the best. They also offer sandwiches and Italian dishes that are ready to eat, with tables inside and outside. It is... More

I just love this place! I do miss the old small store but they were able to keep the delightful feel of an old neighborhood grocer with the newer store just across the street. You can find anything from homemade pasta, fantastic deli items, dish sandwiches & wine. Basically anything Italian can be gotten here. If you are ever in... More

We took some friends from out of town to Brady Street. Our plan was to eat dinner somewhere on Brady Street. Instead, we bought our ingredients at Glorioso's and cooked at home. Great stuff!

This neighborhood market is a great place to purchase any cooking supplies, wines, meats, desserts, and other unexpected fun items. Enjoy a freshly made sandwich from the deli area or an ice cream cone. It's a great place for fun shopping and a light lunch.

The cheese, the meat the sandwiches its all quite wonderful. As a bonus you will see customers who have been coming to the store for decades and seem... More
