We went to this restaurant based on numerous reviews we read. We were not disappointed. We were seated right away by a very friendly host and didn't have to wait long at all before our very friendly waitress came to take our drink orders. They had a nice selection of beers and I had their pear martini which was very... More

The friendly service and tasty pizza (three cheers for unusual toppings!) keep us coming back. We're never disappointed.

We come here often when in Milwaukee. The make gluten free for our daughter and thin crust for my wife and I. Did I mention how good the pizza is? We try not to eat it all so we have leftovers for later. Never feel rushed, very relaxing and friendly. Wait staff always the best.

Neat little restaurant that has a great selection of pizza for every appetite. My wife needs gluten free and they have that also. My daughter like dairy free and they have that. I can eat anything and they have that too. Great prices and a good selection of beverages. Don't take my word for it try it yourself.

Excellent, authentic, creative neopolitan style pizza with hand tossed crust [not thick, perfect; on thinner side]. The dough gets the desirable bubbles in it, with some chew factor. The garlic "sauce" pizza selections are especially delectable. Good sausage quality and the tangy red sauce on pizzas is awesome. Liked the "whole olives" application as well. Cool atmosphere @ a Milwaukee... More

Let me count the ways. First: Happy hour runs from 3:30-6:30, Monday-Thursday, with two-dollar choices of pints of Lakeshore beer and “dockworker’s” wine. Second: the antipasto menu includes a delightful spinach-artichoke dip in alfredo sauce. Next: the Fiesta pizza has garlic crème, cheese, red peppers, and mushrooms adorning a crispy, light crust. Once-a-year bonus: The restaurant is a sponsor of... More

The great thing about Transfer is that there are gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options. The not as great thing is that because of all this, the wait time can be significant. And in my opinion, it's not worth the wait. It is a good place for a pizza, but not the best in Milwaukee. Try Pizza Man or... More

I was so excited to try the pizza and beer at Transfer Pizzeria when I visited Milwaukee with my husband. Mainly, because I heard they have Lakefront Brewery New Grist gluten free beer on tap! Since my gluten sensitivity diagnosis 4 years ago, I have been unable to enjoy a nice draught beer..until Transfer Pizzeria!! So exciting to experience that... More

We had been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got there last week. What a great place! It is much larger inside than I expected, very roomy and bright. We were there during happy hour so got to enjoy really good Lakefront Brewery beers for just $2 each. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The... More
