We visited Sobelman's on a Friday at 11:30 a.m. and had to wait about ten minutes for a table. We visited with friends from California who had heard about the chicken fried bloody mary and wanted to order one. At first we were told that the chicken fried was only available on Saturday and Sunday, but Dave Sobelman came out... More

Double with bacon, three kinds of cheese, grilled onions and jalapeno and a cold 'brewed in Milwaukee' draft beer. No need to say more.

Stopped at Sobelmans for lunch and had one of their famous Bloddy Marys. They are very good. They also have a great assortment of burgers which are very good.

Fun, noisy setting. Great burgers and even better bloody Mary's. Watched a Badger game while eating. Good service. A little wait for the Bloody Mary's, but worth it. See they now have one with a whole fried chicken in it!

We ate here a couple of days ago after discovering it just by chance. What a lucky day that was! We ordered a couple of Sobelman's "Bloody Masterpiece" - a nice sized, absolutely delicious Bloody Mary with loads of garnishes: Brussel sprout, Celery, Onion, Mushroom, Cherry tomato, Lemon, Pickle, Shrimp, Sausage, Cheese, Olive, Green Onion & Asparagus AND the Bacon... Went here for lunch with a group of four. Was seated immediately. Each of us ordered a different burger. They were all great. The fried cheese curds were wonderful. Overall a great place. Would go again.

My husband and I always visit Sobelman's when we are in Milwaukee. Hands-down best burgers we've had. Service is great even during busy times! Mozz sticks and frickles are awesome apps and the bloody mary's are humongous (a meal in itself)!! Delicious! You won't be disappointed!

I'm glad we made the trip, we've heard many good things about this place. Since we've been to some amazing hamburger joints I can't say these were the best burgers in Milwaukee. They were good and I would come back again. We didn't try the bloody mary's since we had our little ones along, but they looked awesome! Hopefully next... More

Went to Sobelman's based on the recommendation from the Hamburger America app. The place was really hopping even though it was just opening up. We really like the way the place set up. It has a couple of different but simultaneous vibes, part sports bar, part college bar, part neighborhood tavern. There is a lot of energy and it is... More

http://www.milwaukeesbestburgers.com/ Crowded because it is a great place. Local bar, near to downtown and the "new" river valley sceen. Great food, and great service and average prices.
