This is a great place to go for a good, cheap breakfast that will fill you up. You seat yourself, but the staff is still at your table taking your drink orders quickly. The staff is always super friendly and all of the breakfast items I've tried have been great. Even better, they keep your coffee filled even when it's... More

Everything you could want in a small family owned cafe. Seat yourself, bring cash. Excellent food ( we had breakfast), well priced, portions properly sized for humans and not meant to feed your neighbors Rottweiler's. Don't miss the stuffed French toast.

We have breakfast here about one Sunday a month and we think they have the best breakfast in Middleton/Madison. My wife always has a vegetarian omelet and I have a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy and a 1/2 order of eggs Benedict. The biscuits and gravy are awesome! So tasty! It's a small place and is not in great... More

The food is great, love everything is home made including the corned beef hash which is yummy! Not much of an atmosphere, but the food is worth it!

What a treasure! Great food, outstanding service. One of the best breakfast's I've had - comparable to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park in terms of flavor. Servers are very engaging and fun-loving. Delightful place and people.

This place is one of my favorite breakfast places in the area. It's the perfect place to get a traditional breakfast. On our last trip there, I ordered an omelette. I asked to substitute the potatoes for fruit. I was given a very nice assortment of fresh fruit. The food was hot, the service was good, and the prices are... More

You do not go to this place for the ambiance, but the patty melt that I had today was one of the finest that I have ever enjoyed. Very nice people and a nice little gem.

Very nice people own and run this place. Food is good with a nice menu. Daily specials also. Home made food. Watch out for the bisquets and gravy. I got just enough on my place that I thought it was an appetizer. I asked for a little more after I ate it. It was good. They gave me another small... More

Summary: Ok breakfast; I’ve had better in Middleton but I will be back because of excellent service and an authentic WI “greasy spoon” experience without unsanitary conditions. The place is small and does NOT accept credit or debit cards so bring cash; not sure if they accept checks. There is very limited parking on site but plenty on the surrounding... More
