This is a modern restaurant build in the style of an old-time diner. We had a light lunch here. My companion loved his cream of wild rice soup, and my grilled cheese was excellent - the bread tasted fresh from the bakery. But the highlight was the pie! The Hubbard Avenue Diner is a funky throwback diner in downtown Middleton. This place always has delicious breakfast. Everything we've had is good. They have a great variety, from quiche, to vegetarian, to pancakes and french toast, to omelettes and basic bacon and eggs. Would definitely recommend it. more
