AMAZING!

I have eaten at several wonderful restaurants throughout Louisianna, and this cajun food is among the best! I was with a party of four, and we shared our dinners with one another. Every single bite was incredibly flavorful and fresh. It was just an oustanding meal! Our waiter was excellent, the... read more

Great place to have a New Orleans type of meal. Fair price for the quality of food you get. Very unique setting with a great atmosphere.

The company I visited hosted an after hour event here. Food was great. Wait staff great. If I'm ever back here not on business I will definitely eat here and try the regular menu.

I had heard great things about this restaurant. We decided to go for dinner. The firs thing I noticed was that the carpet was filthy and ripped in places. Not the best impression. Next, the wait staff were wearing quite a variety of outfits. It was not possible to tell them from patron. This is not what you expect from... More

Louisianne's is a fun place to dine. Johnny Chimes at the piano added to the ambience. The food was a mixed experience. My wife had a baked butternut squash and bacon ravioli which was great. I had the blackened catfish which had nice flavor but was a bit on the oily and mushy side. Seemed like the fish was fried... More

Maple glazed duck. Not your every day fare, but a delicate treat filled with gently cooked duck and a lip smacking maple sauce. Worth a special trip just for that.

Never ever heard of this place until receiving a gift certificate from a relative. We didn't know what to expect upon arriving in the building. Had to go down some stairs into a basement, but to our surprise it was very quaint and welcoming! The food was pricey but VERY good. You could tell they have their regulars and that... More

We have been to Louisianne's several times in the past year, sometimes to dine, sometimes for appetizers and wine in the bar, other times to just languish in the bar with a drink and listen to Johnny play his jazz. Always it's a great experience and we always feel gifted to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. The food is... More

This is our favorite local restaurant. It's like Cheers everyone knows our names! I have a beautiful pior noir wine, salad with raspberry vignette and an outstanding scallops/shrimp/mushrooms in a pesto sauce over rice. The flavor of the sauce was just incredible.

I'll start by saying that I didn't choose this restaurant... I've ben to Louisiana several times and wouldn't have looked for Cajun food in Wisconsin, so my opinion may be a bit biased. The room was lovely and they worked hard to accommodate our group of 16, they had a nice wine list, priced as expected. The star of the... More
