We have been coming to Louisianne's for many years. Every meal we have had has been absolutely superb! We enjoy the atmosphere and piano music. It does get a little loud when busy.

This place is very over-rated. It exists in Middleton because of not many other options. A group of seven ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees totaling $325 plus tax and tip. My husband had crab puffs, corn and shrimp bisque and tenderloin cordon bleu all excellent. I had a salad and the special that was shrimp, sausage over dirty rice. Food was fantastic, not one bad thing had at the table. Mostly cajun/creole flavors, but other dishes as well. Service was slow and dinner took 2.5 hours. Server misunderstood some of our order as well. Definitely want to go back, but hope to get a different server.

The food at Louisianne's is consistently great. Lovely atmosphere and solid service. A fun place to go for special occasions!

I had the Seafood Au Gratin and it was chocked full of all kinds of fresh seafood, all cooked perfectly. I love this dish, despite the fact that it is a pretty heavy cream sauce over fresh pasta!! Oh well, it is worth it. They always feature lighter items and fresh fish too. The staff and atmosphere are excellent

Great food, atmosphere, and service. Live jazz and blues on Tuesday-Saturday. It's expensive, so save it for a special occasion.
