Nice selection of beers and loved the Lakeside! Tour was pretty quick but the beer while you tour is a nice perk.

did not take the tour, but had a good time in the beer garden. They had a band the night I was there and it was busy with folks of all ages. Parking is kind of hit and miss. They do make good beers and have won several awards. Got a chance to talk to a brewer and he was... More

We were hoping to enjoy the live music but got a loud thunderstorm instead. The pacifier was the great beer and I look forward to returning another time. It was crowded with cyclist's, maybe more so because of the storm, and they were serving pulled pork sandwiches that smelled amazing.

The tour was great. They make excellent beer. I like the Capital Amber but have tried some of their others also. Great place to visit.

We liked the lighter beers better. They have very old traditional bar which gives you very different feeling. Its small cozy place inside but the best part was live music they had at bar on Fri and it was just amazing. They dont have any made to order food sold at the bar, so be ready for "full liquid diet"... More

Capital Brewery has great beer and a great place to sit outside and drink it! Capital also has events year round including the infamous Bockfest where they release their two bock beers and throw an outdoor party in the middle of winter. It's like the Polar Bear challenge -- with delicious beer! Would definitely recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The tour doesn't compare to other tours we have been on. But in their defense, the canning and bottling is done elsewhere, they only fill kegs at this location. The guide was very informative and funny but limited regarding the manufacturing end of the process! My wife and I enjoyed the beer tasting and... More

The brewery tour is fun but don't forget to take home some beer. I bought a 12 pack that was on sale for $10.

I can't say what goes on in this place in cold weather because I've never been there. Once it gets nice enough to have a drink outside, several of us couples meet there after work. We often take our own picnic. Since this is a brewery, they have several award-winning beers to try. They have the best seating area outside,... More
