Great burgers!

Great food and atmosphere! The burgers and chili are very good. The burgers are served on a platter with your sides. No plates here napkins replace the plates.

The burgers are fantastic! Served on a platter, with your other items; fries, cheese curds, pickles. (Having a plate to set each burger on would have been nice, instead of napkins) Not cholesterol free by any means!! Tasty food and quick service.

Stopped at Joe's for a burger last week. Our first visit but won't be our last. three of us had burgers and one had the combo basket. Everything was excellent and the price was great. Don't get a burger if you can't stand a lot of grease, we used some extra napkins that they provided to soak up some of... More

In growing up this place was a cracker box. Maybe 30 people would be the max. There was no dining area, only the bar. It was a stop off on our way to the rock and roll dances just up the road. While a 21 year old joint, the Rouer's welcomed everyone. How could anyone ever forget these great burgers.... More

I heard of them, through a friend of a friend, the atmosphere is eh, the service is average, but those delicious little cheeseburgers are delicious! Not a place to go if you are watching what you eat. Basic menu, but darn good. I would love to go back. The poppy seed torte was pretty perfect ending too, homemade and all,... More

We stopped at Joe Rouer's for lunch on our way to Door County, and ended up with a great burger. It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth a stop. We had two cheeseburgers, two cups of chili/soup, a basket of fries, and a beer each for $25 including tip. This was a nice find, and we'll definitely be... More

Be prepared for a busy atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the "tender" was very friendly and prompt. The food for both of us came together on one plate, along with a stack of napkins. I got the cheeseburger and white cheddar cheese curds and it was melt in your mouth DELISH! There were tons of bowls of chilli... More
