I've never enjoyed a milk shake before as I've always found them too sickly but with so many different flavours to choose from I had to try one. I had a butterscotch one and really enjoyed it. I also ordered a cheese burger which came with loads of fries. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only reason I... More

Been here a few times now I just wish it was open more the food is great and the portions are so generous! I would recommend the scooby burger if you are hungry but all the burgers are nice the staff are friendly and never had a problem ordering more drinks or asking for anything else! I will be returning!

Visited here last night with family. This was our second visit to The 50's American Diner and it just keeps getting better. We all had the most incredible milkshakes on arrival followed by The Statue of Liberty onion ring sharing starter. The mains we ordered covered most areas of the menu from burgers and hot dogs through to steaks. We... More

The diner is in on a very small industrial estate slightly off the beaten track, but my Sat Nav took me straight to it. I had booked a 'booth' after leaving a message on the Diner's answerphone and had my confirmation call and code the next day. The diner looks great from the outside and continues with the authentic American... More

Simply the only American Diner to eat at in the UK. This place has everything, amazing atmosphere, wonderful music, food to die for, amazing décor, you truly feel like your transported to another time. Menu is just awesome, so many choices of food, of drinks and who cannot love the coffee refill. Watching food preparation, a children's menus. And of... More

Need to book - which is quite difficult via phone so could do with the option of booking online. We went in a group of 4 adults and 4 kids - we all loved it. Not a cheap option but well worth it as a treat. We were on holiday in the area and had seen this on tripadvisor so... More

A bit disappointed with the John Wayne burger, had no taste, seem like one of those 70 second microwave burgers you get from the shops. Gents toilet door does not shut probably, needs a paint job and clean. Went with my family on my birthday and was very disappointed.

Thankyou for taking the time to write your review Im sorry that you did not like your burger ,occasionally people find that our old style 100% beef patties are not to their taste ,but we are resisting changing to the modern style chunky burger with less pure beef content as that is not part of our ethos. Yes! The toilet... More
