VIEWS AND MORE..................................................

Food is creative, menu offers a good variety with a setting and ambience that is outstanding. Service is "iffy" and appears to be related to whether you are here for lunch or dinner.

As far as Ambiance, Service, Appetizers and Salads, dinner at the Grandview is top notch. But, their Entrées are beyond disappointing. I had a chance to view the Prime Rib, the Pork Chop, and the Filet. All were dried-out – as if they were cooked earlier and reheated. For instance, the Prime Rib arrived brown and dry, rather than reddish... More

My husband and I really like this restaurant and have been here often. The food and service is usually always top-notch. This review would have been a 5 Star Review except for the poor service we received at the New Year's Eve dinner. My husband and I purchased the New Year's Eve package and stayed at the Inn for two... More

We went for a Christmas dinner and were very disappointed. They had a special Christmas menu so I thought it would be special. It was only special in that it was way over priced. The prime rib was cold and just ok. My mother had a scallop dish with just 3 scallops and the accompaniment was very salty. Someone had... More

Great Thanksgiving dinner, drinks and service. The piano music was great. Easy to get to, and plenty of parking.

We typically get away for a fall weekend with another couple to Lake Geneva. Being creatures of habit, we drive around the lake and get thirsty about the time we get to the Geneva Inn. They are so accommodating and welcoming. We sat at a table in the lounge with a wonderful view of the lake; had our wine, ice... More

Having come some distance to meet friends for lunch we were 45 minutes early and hadn't had coffee or anything else for that matter. Imagine our surprise when we were escorted to a beautiful lakeside table, served coffee and treated like very welcome guests. Our friends also arrived early and were offered coffee etc. Our lunch was wonderful- we all... More

We ate here on a Thursday and the service was good but the food was low to average. I had split pea soup that had the consistency of milk with no flavor. I had the duck breast - which was very good but the grilled peaches served with it were hard and lacked taste and the sauce served with it... More

Unreal how below average this restaurant is! Hostess was a real crab and was very short with us! Served after people seated after us! Plating of the food shows a sign of a chef who has given up...or maybe he was hungover! My eggs Benedict had a big piece of slime hanging over the plate, the amount of roasted potatoes... More
