Chef Bogan continues to amaze during the School of Cooking classes. I don't cook - and he makes it seem effortless in prepping and creating 5-star excellent meals! He explains the process as you go through the process - from start to finish - in a very entertaining way. Recommended for everyone!

Chef John Bogan is a very competent chef and served as our explainer-in-chief as he described the food we were to make and how we were to do it. I believe this an activity for people who are very comfortable in a kitchen. You need to read a recipe, prep the ingredients, and sauté or bake, assemble and then serve... More

Went as a couple and enjoyed our first cooking class together. Learned how to cook a variety of food through visual lessons and then split into groups and had the opportunity to cook one course of dinner for the entire class. Food was AMAZING. Chef John is a bunch of fun and we would enjoy taking another class of his... More

I have done a cooking class twice now and have had so much fun both times. The first time was with our whole family and the second time was for Valentine's day. We went away with recipes both times that we have made again. Just an all around great time with delicious food at the end of it!

This place is so much fun! I've done a few of the classes and had a blast. I even had my birthday party here a couple of years ago! My birthday is in September but the weather was nice enough to have dinner outside under the gazebo. There were about 12 people for this private party and all of my... More

We went to the sausage making class. It was very hands on unlike many scchools we have done. Every couple got to make their own sausage and flavor as they saw fit. Everybody also made a side dish and we had delicious dinner outside that featured I freshly made sausage. We really enjoyed two aspects of this class; first it... More

Went there as a gift. Our foursome was joined with another group of 3. Prepared a nice Tuscan meal and devoured it. Nice chef & helper who assisted us in all phases of prep. for the meal. Overall a good time and very good food.

John Brogan is a great chef and has a great personality for teaching. I took the Cooking in France with Julia Child class and really enjoyed it.
