My thirteen year old child is an aspiring chef. He participated in a kids cooking class at this cooking school. We were highly satisfied with this class. The kids made wonderful items and had a fantastic lunch. The chef was very good with the kids and made this cooking class a very fun experience.

My husband and I joined the Prime Time cooking class at the cooking school. The food was excellent. We started with Parmesan popovers and champagne then it was time to prepare the meal. For this class (18 people) we broke up onto 4 teams. One team made French onion soup, one team a wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and... More

I took my friend her for her 70th birthday and what a time we had. We started off with sparkling wine and parmesan puffs. Then we split into teas to prepare a 4 course meal that we prepared ourselves with the assistance of the Chef who was teaching the class. When it was all ready we sat down in the... More

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the cooking school. Our class was titled, "My Life in France with Julia Child" where, as you'd imagine, we cooked some of Julia's famous recipes, including: French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, Chicken Coq au Vin, and Chocolate Mousse. It was 4 hours long, so be prepared to cook for the first... More

My friend and I went to the cooking school while taking a short vacation in Lake Geneva. Chef John created a very relaxed atmosphere. There were 9 total people and we prepared the 5 course meal. The two of us made the caesar salad with fried calamari... it was very good if I do say so myself. The favorite dish... More

Chef Bogan continues to amaze during the School of Cooking classes. I don't cook - and he makes it seem effortless in prepping and creating 5-star excellent meals! He explains the process as you go through the process - from start to finish - in a very entertaining way. Recommended for everyone!

Chef John Bogan is a very competent chef and served as our explainer-in-chief as he described the food we were to make and how we were to do it. I believe this an activity for people who are very comfortable in a kitchen. You need to read a recipe, prep the ingredients, and sauté or bake, assemble and then serve... More

Went as a couple and enjoyed our first cooking class together. Learned how to cook a variety of food through visual lessons and then split into groups and had the opportunity to cook one course of dinner for the entire class. Food was AMAZING. Chef John is a bunch of fun and we would enjoy taking another class of his... More
