The area outside is beautiful, overlooking the Mirror Lake Dam. Great patio, not a lot of seating though, nice outdoor bar. Inside, the building is fairly dated, simple but generally clean. The food is very high quality, far better than I expected, and the drinks are well made and inexpensive. I'd have to agree with them that they have one...

This is our new favorite restaurant. The food is spectacular and the people are very friendly. We are locals and are so happy to have a great place to eat at a reasonable price. Go to this place and you will see for yourself.Everything is so good. Rick Wilcox

I've been to the green owl on several occasions, mostly in the summer to the outside bar. Great atmosphere usually with live entertainment. Drink prices are OK but a little high.
