Best authentic Cajun food I have found north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Have eaten here every time I go through LaCrosse for the past 10 years.

We sat at the bar instead of waiting 25 mins for a table. I ordered rice and beans.. hardly any rice! The beans were more of a flavored mash.. too heavily flavored for the tiny amount of rice. Husband ordered the chicken quesadilla which he said was great. Nice variety of craft beers.. We were excited to try the pearl... More

Going here is an experience! The food is amazing! If you want unbelievably delicious Cajun food this is the place to be! The atmosphere is fun & the service is very good. If you have time, take a walk upstairs to the Starlight Lounge for a step back in time!

Great place to grab a meal! On our cross country trip we found this place and decided to give it a try after all the positive reviews. It has a Louisiana feel to the menu but there is something for everyone. Definitely take a chance and give them a try!!!

Excellent meal. I was alone for lunch, & knew my husband & I would be having a big dinner that night. So I had a sandwich -- but if we'd gone for dinner, it would have been sooooo hard to decide, so many excellent choices. I had a "Bourbon Street Chicken" sandwich -- available with a choice of fries, hush... More

Our group enjoyed this restaurant our first night in town. It was fun and full of decor for many different people. The flying carp was cute. The food was very eclectic with many different choices. I had the veggie Po'Boy. Delicious.

Had lunch here today. Beautiful area with a great, walkable downtown. My husband and I both had one of their combo plates to try several things. My blackened chicken was very good and the hush puppies are truly the best I've ever had. I love red beans and rice, but these were a disappointment. Way too much salt. It was... More

Cajun food with an easy going atmosphere. Food was served hot and service was attentive. Portions are large for dinner, so consider sharing or bringing some home. Fun decor and light atmosphere welcomes families, couples, and large groups.

Four of us went here for lunch. Service was very good considering the place was full. I had a great shrimp po-boy, best I've had in years. The blackened catfish got raves from my companions. This is a restaurant that specializes in Cajun cuisine and they appear to do it quite well. If you are looking for a touch of... More

Visited Buzzard Billy's for lunch with friends and while the cajun food was far from the best I've ever had it was ok for the Northern states. The Voodoo Tuna was good but would have used a bit more blackened seasoning, and the accompanying cajun rice was average at best.
