Spent a little time in Kenosha with friends this past week end. Was taken to Franks for Sunday morning breakfast. Was really skeptical when we walked in as it was standing room only. But, the line really moved quickly. This place is hard to describe. An old rail car (made me think of Wild Wild West) converted into a diner.... More

Everything we had hoped for. If you're one of those people looking for the unique and appreciate history, this is the place for you. Stopped by around 11:00 AM and were greeted by a gruff host barking something at us. Caught us off guard until we realized this was part of the schtick. Lots of regulars at this micro-diner. Don't... If you plan on eating at Frank's Diner, make sure you are hungry. The food is awesome. You want to make sure to arrive early at Frank's or plan on waiting in line and watching everyone else eat. If you plan on dining on the weekends, you might be waiting for a long time. Don't be afraid to sit at... More

Great place to go when you have some time, they get busy and packed on weekends, its fun for the kids to eat in a train car. Good food, and great servers with attitude. You come to get the attitude, its fun. Large portions.

I took my girlfriend here on a Friday morning. The food was very good but did seem to take a little longer than expected but they were a bit busy so I'll justify the wait with that. I got the garbage plate and gf got 1/2 a plate. The food was delicious and a welcomed departure from chain restaurants

I've enjoyed eating here on multiple occasions. I don't like eggs, so I will not comment on the garbage plate. All I can say is that it's a very popular item. But you can choose the type of meats and veggies you want to add to your garbage plate. Personally, I have a burger for breakfast. There's several types of... More

Nothing like getting sassed by the staff to brighten your morning. You will have a wait so be sure to make the staff know you are waiting so you get in when you can...no reservations that I know of, but it IS worth the wait. Try the breakfast sausage links - best ever!

We've been here a few times and this is a great place to go for breakfast if you can make it when it's not too crowded. There is limited space, but the staff is friendly and great with kids. The garbage plate is excellent with huge portions and the homemade bread is excellent. By far the best thing about this... More

Lived here for 40 years and never been to Frank's Diner before and I sure missed out on a lot of fun. Very busy place but they keep you moving and entertained. You get a large portion of good old fashion food. If you want fancy it is not the place to go but if you want good food and... More
