Small place and a bit noisy, but the food is solid and occasionally wonderful. The burger is great and one of my favorite dishes there. When the fish tacos are available, get them. I have been there enough that they remember me which is nice. Although they have a variety of wines to choose from, they aren't great and are... More

Recently my husband treated me to a celebratory dinner for a career milestone and gave me the luxury of choosing the restaurant. It was a Friday night. I narrowed down the list to three fancy restaurants and, in the end, chose Wine Knot for the food. We could've gone to a traditional supper club down the road, but the food... More

Went to Wine Knot last night as part of our local Restaurant Week celebration. Wine Knot is already a favorite of ours and we always know we can count on a wonderful dining experience there. Some friends joined us last night and they were equally impressed with it. I personally enjoy the Halibut so much that it is all I... More

I have been eating here since this place opened about 7 years ago, and I have never had a bad meal! My wife and I are here at least once a month. I get stuck on my favorites; winter menu, The duck strogenoff, summmer, Asian Shrimp. Each season I do try other dishes and all have been good. The wine... More

I come to this place often for drinks as it is near my home and many of my friends like to come here. I have always found the food to be mediocre. I stopped in over the weekend and business was booming; however, there is little space to wait for a table/space at the bar. The hostess and servers were... More

visited this place many times over the past 7 years and it never fails to disappoint. Great wine selection, beers on draft, and food to die for.,the appetizers are great, from shrimp/scallop platters to lettuce wraps, quesadillas and parmesan fries. Great entree selection from steaks to fish. Tonight I had the halibut with a cheese mash and asparagus. Then come... More

Wine Knot Bar & Bistro is fantastic. I visited the restaurant last night and had a great meal with friends. Stephanie was our waitress and she was awesome. She is very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and wines. The menu is updated seasonally so it is always changing. The calamari was a great choice for an appetizer. I had... More

Went with friends last night who live in Kenosha and have visited this restaurant before. Maybe we got the junior cook. Three of us ordered the "special" which was a rather dry Parmesan crusted chicken breast, tasteless roasted brussel sprouts of which nearly half were burned and not edible, and stuffing that tasted like it was out of a box.... I know, right?! The first thing you think of when you think of the name Wine Knot wouldn't be pasta. Went a few months ago and ordered their Cajun pasta, which was on special. It was amazing! Good amount, three different kinda of meat/seafood, and a spicy sauce. Can't wait to go back and try their other seasonal dishes.
