One of the best Burgers ever!

The ordering is very interesting. You get a paper with everything on it and you check off what you want. You can choose each item to put on your sandwich or side. The Mac and Cheese with whatever you want in it is to die for and can't really be eaten by yourself. The place is right downtown... read more

This is a fun place. The regulars like to talk to the out of towners and it is always a nice mix of people, young and old. The cocktails are always good, they have a great beer selection and the food is fabulous. The burgers are huge and the Mac N Cheese is out of this world!

I was apprehensive to go here for dinner but my husband insisted. So glad that we went here! The place has a laid back atmosphere and the food was phenomenal. Not your typical bar food at all. Ordered way too much food, and the beer cheese soup is a meal by itself. I'm picky about beer cheese soup and this... More

Captain Mike's is my favorite burger joint in Kenosha. The Sunnyvale burger with it's egg top is by far, the best in town. An incredible selection of beers, great service and a great atmosphere make it a must for a lunchtime. I look forward to stopping in after work as well!!

It's always nice to be carded at a bar. Don't let the bar atmosphere fool you! No frills menu. But out of this world food! Best burger in kenosha for sure! I anticipate going back to try another burger selection!

We visited the Kenosha area with several colleagues and some Korean visitors. We were advised by our host from a nearby nuclear facility that if you're in Kenosha - you MUST visit Captain Mike's. It will knock your socks off ------ and well none of us left with ours. I had the Mac & Cheese with Lobster and several local... More

Great organic grass fed beef really does make a difference. Wild ingredients to choose from, I stayed with the most traditional cheeseburger. It was divine. The Bloody Mary had a full size beef stick, string cheese and pickled asparagus stick. A skewer with olive, onion and mushroom for $6!!!! Plan on spending time there as service is limited, but friendly.... More

Captain Mike's is my favorite place to eat in Kenosha. I'll admit, the atmosphere can be tricky, but the food is fantastic. There is no wait staff, so you'll grab a clipboard, fill out your order and submit it to the bar. But the bartenders are helpful with recommendations, so feel free to ask! +Great build-your-own burgers, cooked to perfection.... More

What is not to like? Tiny joint that you would pass by if you didn't know what was inside. Some of the best burgers you can get and a beer list from heaven. Get on your cruiser and make a day of it. hit Captain Mikes and then hit the beaches.

A little pub near the harbor. You will like Captain Mike's if you like: craft beers (great selection on draft), burgers (with many options for cheese and toppings), service (bartender was very attentive and knew her beers) and music (great vibe with U2, Pearl Jam, Oasis, etc). Check out the fish tank and the beer handles above the restrooms. Pretty... More
