A Classic, as advertised

We met friends there for lunch on Friday July 31st. My wife had told me about this place from when she had been there years ago. I had the cheese soup and the polish sausage sandwich. Regarding my sandwich, the menu I had said "9 served" but you can raise that up to "10 served" now. Both... read more

The interior is a bit dated. As in it should have been cleaned and updated decades ago. But outside of that, the food is really good. Love the Garlic Brats.

Stopped in for lunch after some mini golf across the street. Not many people there. Ordered cheese fries and a rib eye sandwich. Sandwich was outstanding and was smothered in onion and mushroom. Very tender and delicious. Staff and service were slow and unfriendly. Lots of workers standing around and doing nothing. I wish I could have tipped the cook... More

We decided to stop in Kenosha to eat barbecue at Dickey's, a Texas institution. However, we arrived as they were closing at 9 PM. I would have thought that this was too early too close. We decided to try the Brat Stop. The side of the restaurant is a cheese and sausage store with Wisconsin favorites. The restaurant is actually... More

I never miss this place when shopping at the Kenosha outlet mall. Brats of all varieties and great chicken sandwiches. Don't forget the order of cheese curds!

2nd lunch at the brat stop. Brought my teenage niece and nephew. The menu has several types of brats and cheese options. We enjoyed the fried cheese curd with marinara and ranch for dipping. We also enjoyed the brat plate. I ordered mine without bread. Not the healthiest lunch but it is the brat stop not the kale stop. I... More

Service was excellent, prompt, and efficient! Our appetizer was the loaded cheese fries. Perfect amount of cheese and the perfect crisp to the French fries. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and added bacon to it, lots of juicy goodness! Fun atmosphere! The gift shop was neat as well. ☺️

I went to brat stop with my boyfriend and his coworkers. We all ordered drinks and our waiter returns with a drink for everyone but me. I wait another 5 minutes before he brings me my bottle of raspberry Smirnoff. We all order food at the same time and we waited for around 40 minutes before we got our food(it... More

Nice place, food is good. Service is always good. Good choices for food. Theme is brats. We usually stop in for a meal if passing by. Have area in back for concerts. Also a gift shop for standard tourist trap stuff, beer and cheese. It's a Wisconsin tradition when visiting.
