When I return to the Motherland (Kenosha, WI), we always make a stop at Tenuta's. And now it is a family favorite. One step into the store and smell the aroma of heaven. The Italian Sausage Bomber with sweet peppers from the deli is delicious. You can taste the Romano in the sauce. That sauce must cook for 10-12 hours.... More

This is by far the best place in Kenosha to buy all things Italian. A real Kenosha tradition. Large selection of food items. Great homemade frozen ravioli. Great in summer to get a sausage or panini from their outdoor grill. Liquor also sold.

Although we live out of state, we have been visiting Kenosha, Wisconsin for 32 years as my wife grew up here. We have been shopping and/or eating at Tenutas for the same 32+ years. This establishment is well known with locals and many put-of-towners and out-of-staters. Excellent place to enjoy a bomber (meatball, Italian sausage, roast beef, eggplant etc or... More

One foot in the door of this classic Italian deli and you'll feel immediately transported directly to some little Tuscan village. Whether you're in for the meats or the breads or whatever, take the time to peruse the aisles for an eyeful of imported specialties. It's the Little Italy of Kenosha all wrapped up in one quaint shop.

I got food to take and eat down by the lake, and also got some food to snack on while traveling. I thought some of the food was very well priced compared to other places. The sandwiches were great, as were their salads/deli items. I stopped a few times while in town and will be returning when I am back... More

Where to start raving? The deli has a mind boggling selection of high quality meats, cheeses, salads, prepared foods, homemade sausages, Italian beef w/juice, desserts and more. Huge selection of pastas, imported Italian foods (frozen & canned), wine, beer, cigars, bakery goods, cooking utensils, chocolates, imported chocolates & candies, cookies and so much more. Also the only place we can... More

We are in this store at least 2 times a week and it is the best. It's more like an experience than shopping. You can't miss this!

What a wonderful place! The owner, Ralph, is always at his shop, wandering the aisles, always ready to answer questions or give recommendations. In the summer, you can't miss the outdoor grill station with homemade italian sausages and brats filling the air with mouth-watering aromas. Their olive selection is top notch and you will find the deli a great spot... More

Tenuta's deli is amazing. If you've never been there before you need at least an hour to look at everything. I've tried many different items from the deli and bakery and have ye to be disappointed. One of my favorite places!

Tenuta's is a gem in Kenosha. If you are looking for specialty cheeses, meats, wines, cannoli, or so many other things, then Tenuta's is where you should be shopping. Even presidents have stopped by Tenuta's when they are in Kenosha.
