Good food, reasonable prices, odd location. Paddy Ryan's is a good equivalent of an Irish Pub, and the food is authentic with generous portions. It just needs a different location, or the current location really needs to get tenants and a new driveway entrance. The service has always been good, but on the slow side. The menu offers a nice... We discovered this gem of s restaurant when visiting Pitchfork Brewry and Tap Room next door. Nothing goes better with great beer than great Irish food. Their version of bangers and mash is simply fantastic! The sausages are made at a local meat market especially for Paddy Ryan's and they are the best I have ever had. If you like... More

Great food and drink. With out Google I would not have found it. We came in from the twin cities and didn't know it was there.

I can't believe I've lived in Hudson for 5 years and NEVER been here however it's never too late, I say! This place is probably going to become a regular stop if the rest of the food tastes as good as the dishes we all had today. Our server was amazing and we were greeted and sat as a family... More

My fiancé and I stopped at Pitchfork Brewing immediately next door to Paddy Ryan's, and after drinking in the taproom, needed to get food to soak up the beer. Paddy's has some appetizers exclusively made for the brewery, and the pretzel battered cheese curds are phenomenal. Just when you thought you had eaten all the cheese curds you could stand,... More

Paddy Ryan's is one of only two or three places in Hudson that I always recommend with a smile. I take particular pleasure in recommending the marvelously rich seafood boxty, although all the boxties deserve to be enjoyed. I've spent a lifetime trying Rueben sandwiches, and theirs is easily a top 5. And as an Irish pub, their bar selections... More

Sunday brunch is never crowded and the food is great. Good coffee and great place for kids (crayons and pictures to color; considerate staff). Problem of giving a good review is it could get busier. Stay out of our corner booth!

Gracious atmosphere, authentic Irish food and usually, two or three choices a beautiful porter or stout beer on tap. 'Tis a favorite hang-out for friends and me.

We ate there with another couple on Saturday night, we got there early around 6:30 and it wasn't too busy. I had the special wich was the grilled stuffed pork chop, it was stuffed with smoked guda cheese and bacon!!! WOW it was fantastic! other diners had the Irish nachos and pasty. all were excellent and the atmosphere and service... More

Great authentic Irish fare and awesome bar selection. We travel a lot and have yet to find an Irish Pub that can compare to this one. Great staff and great owners
