Whenever we are in the Twin Cities, we try to make it into one of their stores. This was our 2nd time in the Hudson location. Although none of their locations has the ambience of the original store in Raymond St in St Paul, we have found the quality of the service and food in their other stores as good... More

My wife and I usually go at least twice a month to Keys. I see there are some disappointing concerns from others and it's always good for Keys to see all comments to ensure they are taking care of their customers. We like it because we are always treated well by the servers. If there is a problem, we let... More

This used to be our favorite go to place for breakfast in Hudson. The service always was average but the food was very good. Not anymore. A lot has changed over the last few years. The service continues to stink and now the food is barely edible. Very disappointing as we had ordered wedding cakes from here and all of... More

After hearing so many wonderful things about the Keys Cafes in the Twin Cities and suburbs, we decided to stop here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning on our way out of town. Told to seat ourselves, we waited over 20 minutes before I finally tried to flag down a server, only to have one literally scream from across the... More

We went to Keys Cafe based on advice from hotel staff where we were staying. We love to eat at locally owned eateries rather than chains. Of course, on the way there, I had my daughter read the trip advisor reviews. We were hoping for great food and great, friendly service. The cafe was probably only 1/3 full when we... More

My husband and I came here on Saturday evening, June 7. When we are on vacation or any road trip for that matter, we opt for the locally owned ma/pa establishments whenever possible. We also try NOT to eat at a chain restaurant or at any place we have in Iowa! Not knowing the area, we once again relied on... More

Wanted a good breakfast on our way home from a wedding in WI. We searched the web and saw there was a keys café in Hudson. We waited for over ten minutes to get seated when there were multiple tables open. The hostess was clueless...she was more interested in talking with one of her friends. Once we were seated at... When we travel, it's my job to plan the attractions and book the hotels. My wife is in charge of restaurants and food in general. When we arrived in Hudson we were both hungry and decided to get some supper. Not knowing what or where to go, we turned to our Tom Tom and plugged in Restaurants near us, it... More

We used to enjoy coming here and have almost always had good food. However, something is really wrong with their service - they seem to be more interested in what is good for the server but not the customer. The last few times we have stopped we have run into problems even getting seated. There's usually several employees standing around... More
