There are many pros and cons to this place. Pros: Some of the best coffee I've had in Green Bay... if you get the right employee making it for you. I've had GREAT coffee from here and I've had terrible coffee from here. It's a shame that it's so hit or miss. It never used to be like that. As... More

This is the best coffee shop in Green Bay. I love the little kids area down below. I can sit and have coffee while my son plays and doesn't bother anyone.

Menu and food were very good, all veg options and Alterra coffee. Front feels very much like a cozy local coffee place but as you go toward the back it becomes more like a warehouse. The second level is ok for dining, but not a warm feeling and the far last section was very unappealing for me and my family.... More

I have been in green bay for over 10 years now and have been stopping in for as long as I can remember. I loved the old building. The character was awesome. I love the new location. So much seating now! Their chai is awesome. Their hummus is by far the best I have ever had. People are super friendly.... More

Kavarna is one of my favorite coffee / lunch places in Green Bay. Its right downtown in a historic districts that has received a lot of loving attention (what was once full of cheap, crappy bars and bums has turned into restored buildings with shops and restaurants) The coffee/tea is great as is the food. Although it is a vegetarian... More

It is always nice going to Kavarna for a nice hot cup of coffee and a delicious sandwich or wrap. Parisi deli ( in the same building) also has yummy food. What is not great is that the seating is extremely limited...people come and sit there for hours on end and there is often no room to sit if you... More

I really don't know what the hype is all about at this cafe. This was my fifth visit, each visit I figure it must be a off day for them with the servers being rude. The prices are high and nothing above average in the menu. When in Green Bay, I will stick to Starbucks where the service is with... More

I frequent Kavarna ( and Parisi's) weekly. I have been a loyal customer since they opened in the original location. I must say, when they moved to the bigger location, I was a bit nervous because so many places go bigger and quality goes down. NOT the case here....excellent food, amazing baked treats, and a wonderful selection of vegetarian delights.... More

A good place for a coffee and a quick bite of healthy style food along the Broadway block near the bridge that takes you to the Meyer Theater and the Fox River walk. So, whether you walk or drive to get to this place it's a pleasant outing and conveniently located. The food is very good for the price and... More

My husband and I enjoyed fresh cheese and meat selections from the deli and delicious options from the cafe. Quiet dining areas include street level views of Historic Broadway Street, tables for studying with your laptop, or downstairs dining with an adjacent children's activity area where adults may enjoy conversation together. Local events are advertised and Kavarna may be assisting... More
