My steak was not cooked as well as I had hoped and my tea was not as sweet or good as I had expected. So as a first time customer was left not as impressed as I had expected.

We haven't been to the Prime Quarter for awhile since its Appleton location closed, so I forgot how much I liked it. Their great food is only part of the equation. The salad bar is fresh. Throw a piece or two of Texas toast on the grill for a hot treat while you visit. It may be hard to choose... More

Tried Prime Quarter for the first time as part of Green Bay's Restaurant Week, The decor is very nice and upscale. We ordered a smaller bacon wrapped tenderloin as we had the salad bar, soup, steak and desert as part of the packed deal. The salad bar was fantastic! Fresh with lots of items to choose from. We paid the... More

We stumbled on this restaurant on our honeymoon two years ago, we planned to go to Brett Farve's restaurant, it was closed and ended up at Prime Quarter. We were back again in July of 2014 and had the option to go to Brett Farve's this time but decided to go back to Prime Quarter and it was just as... More

Picking my own streak was fun. Salad bar was good, and the Texas toast was yummy. Nothing bad to say! Waiter was nice but forgot several items we asked for-- marinara sauce, burgundy mushrooms, and A1 sauce! He had to be reminded a bit... Overall, great food for a great value!

Very nice restaurant, fun place to meet people while sipping a glass of wine and grilling your steak to perfection. Found an Excellent cut of filet mignon, seasoned it with Montreal and garlic just like I do back home, and wow was it ever delicious! Salad and dessert were above average, grilled toast and baked potato were great, but did... More

Cook your own steak ($2 for chef to cook for you) or seafood with about 8 choices of meats. 2 charcoal grill pits with butter, seasonings and lots of bread for toasting on the fire. Nice for groups to chat while cooking. Salad bar fresh with ice cold chilled plates. Baked potatoes that can be eaten as is or recommended... More

I love this place! Go there every time I get up to Green Bay (I live in Chicago). Never disappointed. Great salad bar, tender meat, great atmosphere, great value.

This place was a favorite of mine 15 years ago before I moved away from WI. Although the decor hasn't changed at all (needs an update!) I was very pleased with my recent visit. The steaks are really cheap for the quality and size of the portion. And the service was great. If you want yo experience the Upper Midwest... More

What an awsome idea. This is a grill your own steak house. You walk up to a 2 door cooler that has about 15 different cuts of steak. You pick the one you want and head over to one of the huge charcoal grills and cook your steak. The waitress we had was very attentive and made sure we had... More
