You can cook your steak or seafood, or have the cook do it for you!!! Had an awesome salmon filet last night...Cooked it myself and a nice salad bar offering with the meal...Doesn't get any better than that!

Very enjoyable place to dine. We go here at least once every trip to town. Try the filet, 8 min per side on a hot spot and you won't regret it.

The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated fairly quick. The server was great. I loved being able to pick my own steak and cooking it! How fun. My steak was so good.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Green Bay. The steaks are very good and they are done by the world's greatest chef (you). They will grill it for you for a small fee but you miss a good part of the experience. You pick your own steak out from a cooler and grill it yourself on an open charcoal... More

Went to Prime Quarter just on a whim. It was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. I would go back to Green Bay just for this place. I thought it was fun grilling my own steak.
