We just returned from 5 days at Isle Royale National Park and after checking out Trip Advisor, we decided to have dinner at Plae Bistro in Green Bay on our way home to Chicago & Michigan; this restaurant was in a perfect location since we just happened to be staying at the Holiday Inn Express right next door! The great... More

My husband and I made a Costco run and decided to stop for lunch. We wanted something different, and tried Plae Bistro based on TripAdvisor reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The honey old-fashioned was a great drink at the bar while waiting for our food. We enjoyed the bread and dipping sauces, as well as the bruschetta, spicy garlic chicken,... More

Plae Bistro is located in a strip mall, which oddly faces a motel instead of the main roads. But, don't let the location be a deterrant. This was my first visit, but hopefully, not my last. From the prompt and friendly greeting at the door, to the attentive and knowledgeable server; the service was exceptional. The menu offers a little... More

Wonderful food, wonderful service. They were very accommodating for guests with food allergies. Will go back again.

My review is way overdue for this lovely establishment. I tend to travel to Green Bay fairly often and I get very homesick for my Chicago restaurants when I am away from the city. This place is a saving grace for me! The food is great, the martinis are great and the better than sex cake....well....it sure is good ;-)!... More

We came in early as is our custom and had no problem getting seated around 6:00 on a Thursday. I've eaten in a lot of expensive famous restaurants with household name chefs and I've also paid the price. I found the food at the Plae Bistro really amazing and an unbelievably good value. After thousands of restaurant meals you can... More

My family and I moved back to Wisconsin from Houston (food mecca!) approximately 6 years ago. Shortly after arriving in Green Bay, we were introduced to Plae Bistro. Locally owned and operated, Jill and her family have created a wonderful, fine-dining experience - complete with a more contemporary/industrial-chic style (neutral gray/black/white colors, burlap pillows and heavy Italian & glass light... My family and I were returning from Door County on our way to Milwaukee. This is the perfect place to stop since it's not far from the highway. I would consider driving to Green Bay just for this restaurant. First off, I liked the ambiance of this restaurant. Light and airy. It wasn't too busy at lunch, so I don't... More

My husband and I were visiting Green Bay from NYC and we were looking for a restaurant with healthy options. We both ate delicious fish entrees. We enjoyed our meal entirely, from the soup and salad, the tuna app, the main course and dessert. We were not disappointed!

We had a 6:30 reservation on a Wed. evening. We were there by 6:30 and were told to wait in the bar while they got our table ready. Fifteen minutes later my husband asked if they forgot us and they said that they were not seating the 6:30 people yet and there were 2 tables ahead of us. We were... More
