Brought my wife and 10mo old daughter here on a week night. The service was excellent, they were able to cater to our needs with an infant. The waitress' knowledge of the menu and pairings was excellent and the food was great too.

What a wonderful way to spend an evening dining at the Republic Chophouse. A very adequate and interesting menu. The appetizers all were enticing but try the stuffed mushrooms - they are excellent. Salad with their raspberry balsamic vinaigrette was great. The entrée I chose was the strip steak which was done to perfection(along with a shot of scotch)! Desserts... More

My mom, sister and I went to Republic Chophouse for the first time during Restaurant Week. All three of us LOVED our food! I had the meatballs with bleu cheese sauce for an appetizer and the sauce was so yummy and rich! I then had the tomato basil bisque, which I thought was pretty average- nothing special. For the entrée... More

We went there as part of Green Bay's Restaurant Week. The appetizer was delicious. They had three types of butter for the rolls, all enjoyable. We both had a fantastic New York strip. To top it all off, the desert was the best part. The red velvet cake is huge. All in all a great meal.

We visited Republic Chophouse during Restaurant Week 2014. As expected it was very busy. The restaurant was well staffed- hosts, servers, bartenders- and everyone was smiling and attentive. This restaurant is a jewel in downtown Green Bay- great interesting appetizers, mouthwatering steaks, delicious desserts. There are lots of different dining areas- all special and unique. This is a place to... More

Came here for our 27th anniversary The food and the service were both excellent. The bread came with three types of butter - regular, cheese, and chocolate chip. All were delicious. We had the poached pear salad - yummy. The filet and garlic mashed potatoes were to die for. Would eat here often if we lived nearby.

Probably one of the most expensive steakhouses in Green Bay, but very much worth the cost. I've been to Republic several times and have never had a bad meal. Servers, hostess, and bartenders are some of the best. Great cocktails and mix drinks, I recommend a whiskey or brandy old fashion pressed. The French onion soup is my favorite starter.... More

Hard to find because of very little signage out front, but worth the effort. A nice large bar area. First class menu of typical steakhouse fare. The service was attentive and friendly. Prices pretty reasonable for the quality of the food. We were there on a Wednesday evening and they were far from full. But there were a few other... More

I love it here and you just can't beat the service. From the wonderful bar tenders to their service staff you know you are in a hi end chop house. I can do appetizers or a steak and have never had a bad meal. If you are looking for a special place for a birthday meal ask for the side... More

My sisters and I were recently in Green Bay dealing with a emotional family matter. After a couple days of dealing with the emotional ups and downs we were in need of a good steak and wine along with a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Google search brought us to Republic Chophouse. What we received was so much more than any one... More
