we had an amazing fireside lunch here because we took the winter wonderland trolley tour. I recommend the French dip, which I might add is the best I've ever had and the au jus was amazing! Also the spinach salad with their home made hot bacon dressing is amazingl! So good I bought a jar of the dressing to take... More

A great place. Food and service was top quality. Great ambiance. Old building with low ceilings, old log beams and fireplaces. Friendly crowd. A favorite of locals. We met really friendly people while there.

The place has slipped a bit from what it was! The owner's son behind the bar seemed more interested in watching TV and taking breaks than waiting on bar customers. His formal shirt unbuttoned at the neck and rolled up sleeves looked sloppy and not professional. The hostess was not very friendly and although it was a slow out of... More

We live in Door County, so we've certainly checked out most of the restaurants. This is our favorite Friday night Walleye spot. Actually it is all you can eat, Walleye, Perch, Whitefish, Catfish, or Frog Legs. This is your traditional supper club. Nice bar area, and a very large restaurant area.

This is perhaps one of the best uniquely decorated restaurants in all of Wisconsin. The theme reminds one of dining in one of the great castles in Europe which sets the tone for high expectations. The grounds are beautiful as is the interior. The lunch menu is averagely priced and the portions are humungous! (We had an appetizer platter for... More

Very good food, another family owned business. They owned Voight's Supper Club in Ellison Bay years ago. Good food, drinks need a little improvement, but worth your visit.

Our party of six tried the newly opened English Inn near Green Bay. Bad, frozen tasteless fish and cold soup. Overpriced. Rough around the edges waitress. No bus boy. Cleared plates by stacking them on next table while some in our party were still dining. Tried to sell us a cocktail with an umbrella. $10 calif wines are on their... More

Went there on a Friday evening for the fish fry. All you can eat! My husband was impressed as there were frog legs included! Went back another night and had the lamb shank. That was fabulous. My husband, who doesn't care for lamb, said he would order it next time we go.

We make it a point to eat here every time we come to Door County. We have consistently had good food, good service, and a great experience across several visits. The menu is very broad and offers something for everyone - seafood, steak, lamb, ribs. Like any northern Wisconsin supper-club style restaurant they offer a very complete meal with good... More

My wife and I are from St. Louis and visited Door County for the Fall Festival. We decided to eat dinner at the English Inn based on Trip advisors ratings and also AAA's ratings. We enjoyed the whole experience from the appetizer to the dessert., Our waiter was excellent and provided the right amount of attention without being a distraction.... More
