This is a great place to get food to enjoy in your hotel/motel room after a long day in the Door. The food is surprisingly very good and very inexpensive. Everyone needs simple comfort food don't they?

They are proud of their gyros, Chicago-style hot dogs and Wisconsin brats, but they were the first to bring the walleye pike reuben sandwich to Door County -- and that fun concoction goes perfectly with their re-purposed gas station location!! They are pet friendly. There is outdoor seating only. If you're in a hurry, this is the place to eat.

Its too bad the food isn't better at this well located spot in Fish Creek. The bugers were just ok and it seemed very dirty ( as did the kitchen). It's also pricey for what you get; you could go to a waitressed place for the same money.

The food is just okay. The menu is hamburgers, hot dogs, fish sandwiches, fries, etc... It's a fairly quick place to eat in downtown Fish Creek, but if you want a good meal, go somewhere else.

Prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty. However seating is minimal and they take CASH ONLY - however there is no sign stating this and you will not find out until you try to hand over plastic! There is an ATM about a block away that saved the day.

For hamburgers, fries, etc. I thought the quality was very good. I especially enjoyed the chocolate milkshake. The outdoor atmosphere was fun and very casual -- right on the main street of Fish Creek across from the state park entrance. Not as fast as a fast food chain. It's "home cooked".

This is a Chicago style hot dog stand with outdoor covered seating. We went on a Tueday night.
