Just across from our accomodations. Staff is very friendly and the menu has a variety of items to choose from.

we dropped into to the restaurant our second night in Fish Creek--and literally never left. We took a room in the hotel and ate dinner (and breakfast) here for the next two nights, for three nights total. We have the great good fortune to eat in restaurants around the world, with our home base in the New York City area.... More

The dinner that my husband and I enjoyed at the Whistling Swan was one of the highlights of our trip. I had the salmon and my husband has the braised short ribs, which were both delicious. Our appetizers and dessert/port were also excellent, but what put the whole experience over the top were the extra touches. Early on our waiter... More

The restaurant is in the heart of the most attractive village on the area, Fish Creek. The white building is old and very elegant. It also houses a few shops down the hill. The tables at Whistling Swan was beautifully set with crisp napkins and tablecloth. The zucchini salad with paper thin slices of zucchini and kohlrabi with enhanced by... More

My wife and I recently dined at Whistling Swan with another couple during a quick trip to Door County in August. While the location of the restaurant and décor/atmosphere were top notch, other important aspects were lacking. The food was average at best. With that said, the appetizers were flavored wonderfully; however, a number of the entrees were bland and/or... More

Scallops were sautéed perfectly. peach tomato salad and other wonderful appetizers. All of our party loved the food quit so we could enjoy our conversation. Have been to Door County often but missed this gem. Will not do that again. True farm to table

Rare is the dining experience where everything works as it should: Nice setting, excellent and knowledgable server without being overly solicitous (in this case, Morgan), beautiful presentation of each course, and great preparation where one course does not dominate the others. Such is the experience at The Whistling Sawn, from the lively cucumber and mint amuse bouche to the light... More

We vacation in Door County each year and have dined at the Whistling Swan for at least the past 5 years. Though the menu is not extensive featuring just a handful of entree selections, they are locally sourced, well prepared, nicely presented and of course quite delicious. The service is attentive but low key, and you can enjoy your meal... More

My wife and I dined here and had an excellent meal. The service was quite professional, and the wine list is nicely appointed.

Very expensive for the value. Every thing is a la carte. We had a spinach salad for $10, octopus appetizer for $13, and scallops as an entrée. Total bill $105. Scallops were excellent in shitake sauce. appetizers were salty and underdone.
