Love it!

Cheap eats: a great big bowl of freshly made soup and a home-made bun never fail to please. Czarnuszka's is the best lunch deal in Ephraim. The rustic cafe is tucked away in a tiny cottage behind LeRoy's on Water Street. Go today, go often.

Paul, the owner and cook, was great. He not only cooks a heckuva chili and Irish Root soup (and most other kinds, too), he was full of great advice and fun history on Door County and Milwaukee, where he lived at one time. It was a lot of fun going there!!!!!

Nestled behind some souvenir shops off Hwy 47, on the south edge of Ephraim, WI in Door County, you will find this purveyor of some of the best soups on the planet. There are 6 varieties from which to choose each day, the Rhythm Chili is a daily staple. It is: hearty, meaty, minimally beany, perfectly spicey with NO PASTA.... More

Bohemian Potato Chowder. Fresh rolls and chocolate chip cookies. Outdoor seating and indoor too. Unique characters abound. Conveniently located close to Leroy's Coffee in the heart of Ephraim

This soup was perfect for a cold fall day. The restaurant is tiny, the soup selection is small but the soups are delicious. Tastes like your grandma made it. The staff was friendly. Overall a charming local establishment worth patronizing, especially if you love soup.

The four of us had three of the four kinds of soup, all outstanding!! My wife had a sandwich from the cooler which was good but you go for the soup. Best soup ever.

Enjoyed theIr potato soup on a rainy, chilly day. We got our orders to go as their is minimal room to sit in the restaurant. The roll we got with the soup was very tasty, too.

I was looking for this shop due to the reviews I read on this site. Definitely glad we found it. There are four choices of soups and a few sandwich choices. We had the soup and a roll on the side. It was a good size bowl of soup and really hit the spot.

Excellent soup with big chunks of vegetables. It really hit the spot on a cool day. I also enjoyed his sign that said any reference to the Seinfield Soup Nazi would be given a surcharge of a dollar! Great soup and dinner roll. It's very hard to find, but definitely worth it.
