I wanted a relatively quick lunch without a long wait. Well, I got a fantastic kielbasa soup in about 2 minutes. How did I miss this wonderful establishment over the past 3 years? He's got about 4 soups to choose from and they all look absolutely fantastic. The place is quaint and has some seating inside and out - Polish... More

Lovely little find tucked in with other stores in Ephraim. Several freshly made varieties to choose from: vegetarian & glutton free choices as well. Delicious!

We were in Door County last week, still off season there. So when we saw an ad in a local paper saying CZ Soup Bar was open all year, we decided to try it. What a great lunch we had! The soups are all homemade and fabulous. I had Irish Root Soup and loved it. It was unlike anything I... More

My wife and I were recently staying in Ephraim, read about CZ Soup in a Door County magazine so we stopped in for lunch. The chili came highly recommended in the magazine article and I tried that. It was amazing, a little on the spicy side, but overall a very very good chili. My wife had the navy bean, which... More

The best in terms of soup!! I love soup and when I saw this place in one of the Door County magazines I had to stop in. I am so glad I did!! What a great place with great soup and friendly service. My only issue is that they do not accept credit or debit cards so bring cash with... More

This is a small place and it is tucked away, but you can easily search it out from the main highway. Offerings usually consist of four different soups daily unless they run out near closing. So, if you wait to go later in the day, you may be limited to only a couple of choices. There are also sandwiches and... More

Delicious homemade soup. Absolutely exceeded expectations. We tried the Bohemien Potato & the Billion Bean & Ham. This place is like sitting in someone's kitchen. The ultimate comfort food & at home in Door County.

I had read a story in Door County Magazine describing the chili at Czarnuszka Soup Bar as a "life-altering concoction." Considering myself to be a person who would prefer to eat chili for every meal if it were physically (and socially) acceptable, I answered the invitation, preparing to be disappointed by an author's hyperbole. I wasn't. This was a fantastic... More

And if you do also you will want to stop at this little place tucked away in some small shops off the beaten path in Ephraim. Only had four (4) offerings but the Split Pea with Kielbasa was tremendous. Fresh home made roll made this light lunch very tasty and satisfying.
