A tapas restaurant that has fresh, authentic Spanish food. I studied abroad in Spain for five months, so I feel that I'm qualified to say it's authentic. They also have Spanish wines which are delicious. We shared the Granada Salad (dressing is amazing), Canary Island Sliders, and the tortilla espanola. All were excellent, and you could taste the freshness. Service... More

My first meal at Parador in Egg Harbor was a delight. We tried six different tapas. Four were from the regular menu, and two were specials prepared with the season's bounty. Both of the specials were incredibly fresh and delicious, and were my favorite plates of the evening. The other four plates from the regular menu were also enjoyable. Plates... More

Had the chance to dine outside in a relaxed, low key atmoshpere, with my daughters and grandson a few weeks back, and we all loved every tapas ordered. The hardest part was reaching a consensus of our absolute favorites, because we could have ordered just about everything on the menu! Very tasty, creative small plates, perfectly prepared. We plan on... More

if you choose this place you will not be disappointed. The food, wine and service were all top notch. The cozy casual atmosphere was perfect match for the excellent food. There were 4 of us and we ended up ordering seven different items. They were all delicious. The wine list is very good and the sangria was excellent. We will... More

We enjoyed the service, the homemade sangria, and the casual atmosphere. Most of all, we enjoyed the tapas. We ordered the Bomba (delicious!), the roasted chicken (good, with a bit of a kick), the eggplant and honey (a special for the night; it was good, but sweet), and the braised beef short rib (also tasty). My favorite was the Bomba,... More

Went here for my bachelorette party with my bridesmaids. Everything from the first bite to the last drop of sangria was simply exquisite. Will be taking my husband back after the wedding.

We were able to get a place at the bar on a busy Labor Day weekend. Our bartender/waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was great, although more Spanish-inspired than Spanish - but that's a quibble. The Tortilla Espanol was a bit over-priced for what you get, but overall, the prices are reasonable. Would definitely go... More

Wonderful restaurant with good tapas, friendly, fast service, great homemade sangria. A little on the pricy side but worth it.

Contemporary atmosphere filled with great energy by well-trained employees. The owners visited with our group of five for a nice while. Spanish wine, multiple tastefully prepared dishes and a lovely goat cheesecake delighted our taste buds while sharing stories and smiles in Door County. A lovely evening out indeed.
