This was our favorite restaurant in Door County. There were so many dishes we wanted to try on the menu we had trouble choosing. Each plate was has was very good. When the food was brought to the table the servers made sure to tell what was in the dish. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I have become a fan of small plates (tapas), and Parador has become one of our favorite places. Excellent choices, sourced from Spain and Wisconsin...we've tried almost everything on the menu and all have been wonderful. Some of our favorites are the beet salad, the Spanish macaroni and cheese, the Bombe, and, this fall, the shortrib with... More

Had dinner tonight for my MIL's birthday - delicious! We started off with the red sangria, which was very good, and not too sweet. We had the following tapas: Jamon - serrano ham with cheese & greens - this was probably my favorite. Cheese Plate - 4 different cheeses with quince jam and marcona almonds - the cheeses were yummy... More

Could be great. Interesting menu, but some of the servings are really substandard, ie, the tiger shrimp. It is tasty but so overpriced for the size of the shrimp and serving. The wine is good but overpriced. Service is delightful. With a few tweaks this place could be number 1.

We have visited Parador many times over the last few years. It is getting better with every visit. Like this year's menu additions, the Canary Island sliders and Granada salad. Plus the old favorites, beet salad, cheese plate, roasted chicken and the bacon wrapped dates. Plus, specials featuring locally grown vegetables and meat are also common. As is typical for... More

This restaurant is trying to invoke a Spanish atmosphere in Door County. For me, it doesn't work. The food is overpriced for what you get, and it's not all that good. I have been to Spain, so familiar with the concept of "tapas". The sangria at Parador is ok. Not the worst I've had, and definitely not anywhere near close... More

A tapas restaurant that has fresh, authentic Spanish food. I studied abroad in Spain for five months, so I feel that I'm qualified to say it's authentic. They also have Spanish wines which are delicious. We shared the Granada Salad (dressing is amazing), Canary Island Sliders, and the tortilla espanola. All were excellent, and you could taste the freshness. Service... More

My first meal at Parador in Egg Harbor was a delight. We tried six different tapas. Four were from the regular menu, and two were specials prepared with the season's bounty. Both of the specials were incredibly fresh and delicious, and were my favorite plates of the evening. The other four plates from the regular menu were also enjoyable. Plates... More

Had the chance to dine outside in a relaxed, low key atmoshpere, with my daughters and grandson a few weeks back, and we all loved every tapas ordered. The hardest part was reaching a consensus of our absolute favorites, because we could have ordered just about everything on the menu! Very tasty, creative small plates, perfectly prepared. We plan on... More
