A great selection of Martinis and friendly bartenders make for a great start or finish to dinner. The food is fresh and delicious. Get: Crawfish bites, cornbread and blackened catfish. My wife loved the salmon with dill sauce. Friends have said the burgers are also good. Finish with an almond joy martini. You'll pay for your meal here, but there... More

The meal I had at Stella Blues (chicken pomodoro - sp?) was INCREDIBLE. There is a restaurant in Iowa where the food is so amazing and the reason I started Trip advisor. Every restaurant I have visited after my first visit at this restaurant is compared to this place. Stella Blues definitely puts in a fight for first place! The... More

We stopped in for a family dinner. I had the terriyaki shrimp which ws gerat. I asked for potatoes instead of rice and they didn't have a problem accomodating my request. My son had the Volcano pork shank and he thought it was very tasty. My husband had the blackened salmon which was prepared to his liking. It was a... More

A hip joint with a cool vibe. The beer selection was modest but good. Food pretty good considering they are pretty far away from New Orleans. A cool place to hang and have a bite.

Had a patio seat on a lovely day in the late afternoon-had it all to ourselves for awhile. The patio is basically an alley and while it was nice to be outdoors, it's quite noisy during "rush hour". Our server was very friendly and offered a free beer sample when pondering the choices (good craft beer selection). Menu selection was... More

On vacation, looking for a restaurant we hadn't tried yet, we were referred to Stella Blues. We were seated in the back dining room which was a little dark. Nice wood takes and chairs and neat jazz items on the walls. We had French bread with jalapeño butter for an appetizer and it was warm and tasty. Jalapeño butter was... More

Great food, good drinks, nice atmosphere. A little pricier than I anticipated, but well worth having dinner here - a good experience!

Been here several times. Food is always good. Creative vegetarian choices. Be specific how well you want food cooked. Noisy, bad acoustic problem, especially in back room. Adaptable for larger groups when they're not too busy....call ahead and ask. Fun local historic decor. Service varies, could improve.

This is one of my two favorite restaurants in Eau Claire. Stellas has good food ! My favorite is the Bourbon Street scallops since it is a bit spicey due to the jalapeno bacon. Love the dirty rice. Beet salad is real good. Love their pasta dishes. Good selection of wine and beer. You can sit in the front or... More

I really like Stella Blues. Cool restaurant and bar. I've stopped for just a drink and also have had a few meals there and it has always been wonderful! Excellent service!
