LOVE the food

Delicious food, friendly staff. The nutritional information is a little scary because everything is so high in calories but its still amazing.

Sandwiches are good; quirky names for them. Friendly service. I like that you can order online to save time

Really good bread--not spongy like Subway. (I'm not trashing Subway. I eat their subs a lot.) But the subs are nothing particularly special--after all, they're cold cut sandwiches you can easily do at home.

Apparently, Erberts and Gerberts was the Jimmy Johns predecessor. The restaurant is very similar, yet it has a few different ingredients such as sun dried tomatoes. My experience was the food was fresh and refreshing to all the fried foods found around town.

I have many fond memories of Erbert's and Gerbert's from my college days. I decided to try online ordering, but I would not recommend it. I placed the order online and when finished, it gave me a pick up time. That seemed strange, so I called the store. The very helpful employee told me that it was a pick up.... More

When we want a quick sandwich there is no better in Eau Claire. Fresh bread baked same day. Manager always greats even remembering my name and what I normally order. Seafood sub is to die for, Water St has more generous portions than other two, We always go to Water St.

The sandwiches are all yummy (I'm partial to the pudder and the comet candy). The soups are why I keep coming back. Fun place to bring a kid. The names of the sandwiches are from stories. Those stories are on the wall.

This is a famous local grinder place in eau claire, wi. I actually prefer subway because of all the options available. Erberts and gerberts have a set menu. the sandwiches are good but just lacking in the options of their menu.
