Most time we go to the Abbey for lunch. Some of the reasons are very good service, family friendly, we never had a bad meal always great. One thing I like about the atmosphere is all the sports memorabilia, pros high school and college.

We arrived Late and found this was one of the only places available. The menu was decent and had a lot of local flare. The bar is large with lots of football memobrially on the walls and ceiling

Standard college sports bar. Good variety of beers on tap. Burgers and sandwiches are always good. Never a bad time!

Hands down, this is my one go to place in DePere. Granted, I'm a little biased because I spent a considerable amount of time and money here while in college but this is still a great place. Kerry and his staff are fantastic and they still have some of the best burgers around. I can't really vouch for the other... More

Two of us went here for lunch. It wasn't that busy, but as from what I could see there was only one server. I ordered my food at 1 pm and didn't receive it for at least 45 minutes later. The service is horrible and I feel the manager/owner needs to fix something or his business will go down the... More

Went there a few times. We always give a place 2-3 times before we critic! Well that was enough! There's tons of other places to go that are alot better! I had the fish sandwich, horrible, sent back! Had a sandwich the next time, dry, tasteless! Not worth time or money

Service was slow. The perch was nasty. I took 2 bites and sent it back and ordered something else. They left the perch on the bill and my other meal was not good either.

Friends and I went here for a quick bite after a wedding. I had the plate of cheeses. I love cheese so I was pretty happy, especially with the cheese curds. Our server was also friendly and attentive in spite of our group's large size.

My wife and I shared a 16" spinach and tomato pizza which was more than enough for both of us and delicious. It took a while for our pizza, but it was well worth the wait. The place is loaded with interesting stuff on the walls and ceiling which helped pass the time. A choice of about 20 draft beers,... More

The Abbey is decorated from ceiling to floor with sports paraphernalia. Lots of older and very interesting pieces to look at during your visit. Especially like the empty space on the wall where a note written in marker tells you that a certain traitorous Packer quarterback's jersey (#4) used to hang there. The food is pretty decent bar food and... More
