We ate dinner two nights running at the Rookery Pub and Cafe in Cable. Outstanding hospitality was shown in a warm greeting by the resident black lab retriever. We arrived on a cool fall day and were greeted warmly. The chef had warm soup to our table very quickly and our meal was great. We will be back when we are in the area again. In fact may plan a trip on our motorcycle again and hope for a warmer day. more
